The bike was all good!! What didn't seem very logical, and had never happened to us before, was arriving at the port and having no one come to greet us and check that everything was correct! What's more, we didn't even know if what they charged us for the gas was what it should have been, since they did it the next day and we didn't see anything! They returned our deposit minus the gas, and then you just have to trust that it's true... The truth is, we arrived with doubts and left with doubts!

A very good fleet of boats and excellent service. I would definitely come back.

Due to bad weather we had to postpone it by a day, but that went without a problem. Communication was always very good at the beginning, but when it came to the location and time, we were only informed shortly beforehand. The staff were friendly and helpful. The boat (jet ski) ran great and was clean except for the steering, which didn't work properly! Driving straight was difficult and steering was sometimes difficult too. But when we asked, it seemed to be already known. Still, it was a great day.

They gave us a more powerful bike since the one we had hired was broken, a point in their favor for that. But nevertheless, the attention and treatment was not very pleasant, lack of communication, until the last moment we did not know the exact location... among others. Also a little disconcerted, because in the APP of Click&Boat when you pay and reserve, the schedule indicates that it is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and this company the day before tells me that it is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It should be noted that just as they charge the deposit at the moment (which is not low 1500€), they should return it immediately after finishing the experience. We lacked professionalism on their part.

On the other hand in the open sea, the Jetski does not go straight the rental company does not explain anything to you, he sends you a message during the trip, announcing to you that you have passed through a protected area when it was not indicated. He takes advantage of this to withhold your deposit with the excuse that you will be fined and that it will take a week to receive the sanction. After a week, I contact this rental company again, he tells me that the Jetski had broken down because I had gotten too close to the beaches and therefore the sand had gotten into the engine... it's completely a lie, no means of anchoring is provided with the Jetski so basically you stay in the open sea To avoid, especially do not book this Jetski because it will cost you the rental and probably the deposit which is €1500 Ibiza bouts villas company to avoid

Be careful, motorcycle with broken steering!! It was not good and to go straight you had to work since it was like turning all the time!! When we saw it and called them to explain it, they told us that they already knew. Very unhappy since they charged us for the entire day and the extras of €250! This motorcycle has to go through a workshop before continuing to rent…
