First of all, the night before our trip, the owner messaged me saying that the pick-up port would be different from what was stated on the profile — even though I had double-checked with him before booking. He claimed it was “only 10 minutes away” from the original location, as if he gets to decide what’s convenient for me. When we finally reached the boat, the captain was extremely arrogant. There was no welcome at all — his first words were literally just, “Are you [my name]?” No offer to help us get on board, no help with our bags (I had to specifically ask). The boat itself was a huge disappointment — much smaller than in the photos, with old, ripped towels that were in terrible condition. We stopped for a swim, and out of nowhere the captain started smoking without even asking if we were okay with it. His attitude was unbelievable. I had also asked for a bucket of ice — it wasn’t there. When I asked about it, he acted like he had no idea and wasn’t helpful at all. He called (I believe) the owner, Diego, to sort it out. Later, Diego texted me offering €20 as compensation… which I, of course, never received. There are countless boats in Ibiza with better service, management, and professionalism. My advice: book elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Without a doubt, we will repeat!! The boat is in very good maintenance condition, it has a low consumption engine, which for our objective, which was to visit the coves of Ibiza and Formentera, meets expectations. It is a very comfortable boat to handle. The attention received at all times was very close and professional. A good experience.
