The RIB boats condition (very Good) was better than expected for the end of the season and its age. Im guessing the excellent Yamaha 300hp engine is only a few years old, the hull is probably older. The hull was clean and she ran well in the very choppy seas. We outperformed most other boats on the water in the challenging choppy conditions that day. We stayed dry and the 5 of us remained comfortable. The cooler bin with ice and drinks onboard was a nice surprise. There is heaps of storage lockers on the boat and the wash down hose was nice after swimming!! The Click boat app is clumsy and it did feed many inquiries to me but its hard to follow the over run of emails.

Our trip was great with Mario - thank you. Remember this boat is for 12 people including the skipper. This was not addressed when confirming the booking and we nearly couldn’t get on the boat. Luckily one of our friends didn’t come so it was fine. Other than that, it was great and would reach out again. We did a half day around the island.
The skipper didn’t have life jackets available only one adult and one child for 10 passengers. He also didn’t tell us about the bad weather and choppy water until we were all in the boat and ready to go. Took 30 seconds to say it and then suggested we go to nearby beaches. He saw we had small children 3,4 and 6. He didn’t clearly explain just said that we would not go far. Absolutely shocking

We rented a rib to go to Formentera for the day and Jordi was great in communicating time, pick up location and everything we needed to know. Our skipper Tony knew the area very well and made our day very enjoyable too. I’ll get in touch with Jordi for sure next time I’ll be in Ibiza this summer.

THEY ARE THIEVES. They rip you off. They don't answer you after the rental, they steal your deposit. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD RENTING BOATS. Traumatising. I returned the boat on time, impeccable, perfect, we only left for 3h30. We were flexible to rent it because on the day of the offer they couldn't organise it as planned. Despite that, they behaved terribly after returning the boat, terribly. For the deposit they tell you that they will block the money, it's a lie, they don't block it but a direct payment of sale. My bank told me. They tell you that they will return the deposit when they return the boat and that you can leave and that they will send it to you immediately with the receipt. They tell you to stay calm while they do nothing to help you, they tell you that it is done, the bank confirms that it is not. I never received the receipt, and they no longer answer you. They don't have a physical store, but the company ES GUIRIGALL ESPJ is based in a flat nearby. I can't believe that people like this exist. A nice moment turns into a nightmare, and the treatment of Jordi and Christian was the most despicable possible after the rental, they don't pay attention to you. They ignore your calls and messages, and they lie. I had taken out the insurance from Click&Boat for the deposit, which is insured. So let's see if they help me recover the deposit from these thieves without respect or education. I can't believe that this is happening with Click&Boat. Don't rent any boat with them!!
Jordi and his team were very welcoming! No electric windlass but I imagine that avoids problems with day-trippers who are not always very experienced in navigation
