Hello, we had a problem. The boat was provided to us with 8 people and 8 berths. Unfortunately we got a boat that only had 6 berths. That was very inconvenient. On site it was blamed on Click&Boat and that they hadn't arranged it properly. There was no other boat available, so we had to go like that. In addition, some items that were on the boarding list were not available. Otherwise it was a nice short trip. Kind regards, Marcel Hein
The instructions were completed in 10 minutes. We were not allowed a short trip through the harbor basin either. We were also made to worry that if we got stuck we would have to pay a towing fee of 5,000 euros.
