The boat is in good condition and easy to handle, even for beginners with little experience. It also has low fuel consumption. The owner is very accommodating. We had an excellent day on the lake thanks to this rental :)

First of all, I would like to point out that my review in no way judges the condition of the boat, its maintenance, its cleanliness, the conformity of the advertisement, or the value for money... I was unable to judge any of these, as the reservation did not take place despite the owner having collected the full amount. With this review, I wish to warn potential future charterers about the misadventure I experienced with this unscrupulous owner. "On vacation more than 400km from home, we wanted to reserve this boat on Sunday 08/17 for a rental on Monday 08/18. Unfortunately, my partner was the victim of an accident that same evening requiring surgery. I immediately informed the owner of the situation. The only solution proposed by this gentleman was to have us sail on Monday afternoon without compensation, of course, and to collect the entire reservation. I refused because after a whole night in the emergency room, plus my partner's state of health, the situation did not allow us to do this on the same day she had undergone her operation, not to mention the accumulated fatigue. So I offered the owner other days for which we could honor the reservation outside of the bad weather days and before our departure. It was either the boat or the owner who was not available. In addition, communication became extremely laborious... Several reminders before receiving answers. The money had already been collected... Was it a coincidence, readers They will be the judge of that... This owner always remained polite and courteous, informing us that unfortunately there was nothing he could do, as the decision regarding a potential refund clearly did not belong to him (an argument completely refuted by my contacts with the platform). Basically, the money is lost, the service did not take place, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. I even offered the owner a partial refund, which I would have been happy with, to compensate him for the loss of having to cancel the reservation that day due to a case of force majeure, I would like to point out. The answer, of course... None. The moral: we should expect no humanity, no compassion, and even less honesty from this owner. In short... RUN AWAY!!!
