Guianais was excellent but very annoyed frustrated with click & boat . We tried to contact you as we have now payed twice as first booking did not go through to giavanis . I’ve had no response from click & boat but need refund as booking on Saturday did not happen .
Fantastic experience! My girlfriend unfortunately got food poisoning on the day we were supposed to go sailing. After careful consideration, we were able to reschedule our booking free of charge, which was great! The boat trip itself was fantastic. Upon arrival, we received a friendly welcome: the check-in guy helped us with our gear and gave clear instructions. A quick tip: to get to the beach, you have to descend a steep hill, so keep that in mind.
Great experience! We had a wonderful day. Giannis is very nice and honest and advised us to book the boat for another day at no cost because the wind was too strong. We were then able to make the trip two days later. It would have been nice to know in advance that the 6-mile travel distance limit was applicable. We couldn't find a speaker or cooler on the boat.
