In the event of a 15-minute delay, the renter will be charged a penalty of 15% of the daily rental price, 25% of the daily rental price, 30 minutes of delay, 50% of the daily rental price, 1 hour of delay, and 100% of the daily rental price for 2 hours or more of delay. • Fuel is not included. Dear sirs, There is one thing that we didn't like it. We rent the boat from 9.00 to 20.00. We arrived at the Port at 18.00. More a less. We think we could have 1 hour more. We understand the problem of the petrol but 1 hour is enough.
The deal with Alvaro was good during the booking process. Afterwards not so much… The boat had several flaws, such as not having a freshwater shower due to having an empty tank. In addition, the bow mattresses were almost loose since many of the hooks were broken. To make matters worse, we specifically asked for a speaker, because we were a group of friends. We asked for a speaker or, failing that, a discount on the price. We didn't get either one or the other ? I think that having these kinds of details with the clientele is important, but apparently here what matters is money.
Good afternoon, I wanted to tell you about the rental of the WhiteShark boat on August 6th. I would like to thank in advance the kindness of all the staff at the dock and in the office, who were helpful. - There was no fridge. We had a significant delay on departure because it seems the fridge had been stolen. We appreciate the reaction of going to buy a new one and that they have cancelled the cost of refuelling for the delay it caused us, so that we make up for lost time. - The shower had no water. It is uncomfortable and above all unpleasant that no one had time to check this. - The engines lose power. The navigation was satisfactory during the outward journey but the return journey was a disaster. The engines lose power continuously and you cannot navigate at speed, having to stop and even turn off engines on a recurring basis, having had some scares at the entrance to the port of Mahon since the boats were quite close, running out of power almost made them catch us from the stern. It is not acceptable to rent a boat in these conditions. We could not use the trim as instructed by the dock staff, and the engines were not working well at all. We could not use the wakeboard because of the continuous loss of power of the engines, as we were afraid that the engines would stop permanently. This boat is not suitable for rent and they should have warned us about this before it happened, as they knew perfectly well the condition of the engines. The right engine also leaks oil and the right one makes a very loud noise randomly without a skipper. These engines are not the two 225 hp Yamahas that appear in the photo of the app, clearly these are much less reliable In these conditions, my opinion is that the boat was not in good condition to rent and that we could have had some problem at the entrance or been stranded. We could not enjoy sailing due to the continuous loss of power. Alejandro
