Absolutely avoid. I rented a boat via Click&Boat at the La Napoule marina on July 25, 2025. There were 10 of us on board, including 5 children under 15. From the moment I took over, the boat was in very poor condition: • Damaged propeller, • Numerous visible dents on the hull, lack of maintenance. • And above all, a faulty throttle lever that I had to hold in place at all times, otherwise it would automatically return to neutral. During the outing, I accidentally lost the boat key in the water—which can happen. The rental company, instead of helping me, brusquely ordered me to return on my own from the Lérins Islands, even though he didn't even have a spare key. No professionalism, no sense of responsibility, especially with children on board. I had to rely on the kindness of a boater to tow us from the Lerins Islands to the Marina de la Napoule to the port, then contact the marina harbor master's office, who clearly indicated their total disagreement with this charter company and confirmed that he shouldn't even be operating in this port. He was summoned to the harbor master's office the next day regarding their differences. Upon arrival, he demanded €50 in cash to remake the key (because there was no spare key; he didn't even have it with him), and threatened to withhold all or part of the €3,000 deposit, without any compensation for this completely ruined day. Unacceptable behavior, dangerous boat, no assistance, and unjustified pressure on the deposit. Click&Boat shouldn't let this type of profile advertise rentals. Report urgently.
