I am voting a little down on some issues, but I must say the boat was really well presented. It was a really good experience. However, we were hoping to go to a different beaches, however they were out of the range we could sail to. I think the map that is included in the boat, should be presented here on the ad, so we could know where we can go before renting the boat. I say that because it is not obvious for everyone what the 5 miles cover. Thank you. It was good, they were very flexible with times, and they added the paddle board for free.
The teams were very helpful despite very basic explanations of how the boat works and the rental agreement. The activity schedules were not respected and a lack of maintenance on certain parts of the boat resulted in wear and tear, which was billed to the person renting the boat. Much less responsiveness in returning the money to the renter after the rental than in collecting it initially. Finally, the person we rented from on this platform was never met; in fact, it was an entire team behind the scenes who acted but made no decisions. This is probably why we will never be reimbursed for our deposit or for the hours of unused activities due to a lack of maintenance resulting in wear and tear on a part of the boat that was not related to our use.

Very attentive and quick in communication, I would definitely hire them again.
They allowed us to postpone the day we had booked due to bad weather and it was a good idea. We enjoyed it very much (2 adults and 2 children). Keep in mind that you can “only” travel 5 miles from the port, but it is enough to spend a great day.

We were delighted with our rental with Juan Pedro who was always very responsive to our questions. Our rental went very well, we had the chance to see the dolphins, what a wonderful day which allowed us to enjoy several calas in the same day.
