Great day charter, captain and crew were very nice and helpful. Arrangement prior to departure with manager was also very seamless, Alex was very communicative and nice. Downsides were the rental of the jet ski for which was mostly to the fault of the company renting them out at paradise island- lots of time spent waiting when we could have been on the boat…wouldn’t have rented in retrospect. Also as you can see the boat is aged but price reflects that.

Really enjoyable charter - family of 17 very well looked after. Only slight hiccup was no food/snacks - guess it was an oversight. Soon sorted by (paying for) lunch delivery to the boat from a shoreside restaurant. Very welcoming Captain and crew. Very helpful and accommodating to where we wanted to sail. Boat was comfortable and safe. Would definitely use again.

Excellent day out on theodores’ Alter Ego 2 motor boat. A lot of fun and good service, with a couple of twists could be improved further. The good: - massive boat, up to 22 pax capacity. Not many like this on mykonos, as 12 tends to be max cap - great service on board by alex and malena, bringing drinks, towels, making sure we are well fed & taken care of - captain sailed very peacefully despite some strong winds at times (19-21 knots) - there was a fourth hand on deck, Odyssea, and he was also very helpful and proactive, telling us about the llaces we were seeing, getting equipment sorted out (jetski etc) and ferrying us back and forth from boat on dingy - with covid, additional flexibility was offered around the booking cancellation (full refund 4days before as opposed to 50% 30 days before) - click&boat staff helpful & proactive until we booked the boat - plenty of space on deck to lounge, rest, relax, eat, drink - fun with jetski and tube (see below for availability though) The not so good: - communication between click&boat, theodores, and the captain was not smooth. Theodores ‘broke his phone’ didnt have all the details, and we were scrambling until the day of the booking to know what equipment would be available on board. We didnt know which captain we would be with until the day of sailing - Boat booking was paid by card, however fuel, extra pac charge, jetski and other extras, as well as food options had to be paid in cash on day - all in about 2k cash, not ideal to have to carry this much around - we didnt appreciate that extras (eg jetski, wake board etc) were upon availability rather than upon demand. Ie we were willing to pay for jetski however it was apparently only available from 5-7pm that day, paddle board and wake board were not available. This should be clearer in the booking. I specifically enquired if we needed advance booking for them and was told we could do it on the day so was very disappointed not to have the kit we wanted - sailing route was along south coast from ornos harbour to elya beach. it was actually called route to dragonisos island, but captain said we couldnt go that far because of wind. This was misleading in my view and i’m pretty sure the boat could have handled it Overall 70% happy. Great day, and would recommend. But more transparency and clarity would make this service better. And in 2020 we shd not have to pay cash (except for tips).
