Mid-shore catamaran with all safety equipment (raft, life jackets, Vhf radio with GPS position transmission, dual Gps / router, dual sounder, radar, autopilot, dinghy ..... Authorized for 6 people, it has 5 comfortable beds (two for 2 people 140X190 and a single of 70X180, in 3 cabins with storage and wardrobe, marine toilet with black water tank, 320 l of fresh water, 140 l of fuel , 3-burner stove and gas oven, gas barbecue on the aft deck (on request) refrigerated icebox in the kitchen and freezer on the aft deck) Dual-energy water heater (engine and electricity at the port) Comfortable navigation between 5 and 8 knots depending on the conditions This sea trip will be co-navigation, so I will be on board to navigate but you will be alone on board for the duration of your stay (I do not live on my boat so you will be alone with your family only during your stay when you stay in port). We had a slight misunderstanding when booking the boat, about sailing the boat on our own, which Gilles understood as letting us sail the boat with him always aboard. So when you book the boat just make sure that you understand, that the price is only for sleeping on the boat and sailing it, is only possible with Gilles on board, which is an additional fee on top. However we still had a very good time overall, Gilles was very friendly and helpful, picked us up at the bus station and showed us the islands. The boat isn't a very high performance sailor, we motor sailed quiet a bit, but it's a very comfortable, spacious and reliable boat with nice accommodations.
Very warm welcome, ideal for an unusual stay to gently discover the nautical environment.
With plans to sail in the Caribbean this summer, we contacted Gilles for training. The experience far exceeded our expectations! Gilles is an excellent instructor who was able to meet our needs, and his training was effective and constructive. Besides his coaching skills, we simply appreciated the man, his generosity, his kindness, and his compassion. As for his boat, we loved it! Asterix, an old catamaran from the 1970s, certainly has a slightly old-fashioned charm but is incredibly efficient on the water! We were also surprised by its very cozy interior space! A real little cocoon! In short, don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed! We'll definitely be back!

The boat is very nice and comfortable. The weather having played tricks on us, we had the opportunity to live a rather unforgettable experience of navigation in heavy weather and remained "stranded" on the island of Yeu for two days. Gille, was irreproachable and very professional in his management of hazards. At no time was our safety threatened. As a bonus, rich and very friendly moments of exchange and sharing!

Équipier à bord de Catamaran dans les îles grègues au Clubmed j'ai découvert la navigation à voile dans les années 80 Je n'ai pas navigué pendant 25 ans mais j'ai acheté mon premier catamaran semi hauturier en 2018 avec lequel je viens de lui faire passer de méditerranée à l'atlantique par le canal entre deux mer (Midi + Garonne) Je navigue beaucoup entre Noirmoutier, sud Bretagne et l’île d’Yeu Je suis en cours de validation d'un BPJEPS "Voile Croisière" et titulaire du BACPN pour faire des formations hauturières jusqu'à 60 Miles Nautique
