We had a great day on the boat itself, and the experience on the water was fantastic. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The lady at the reception was very unpleasant. When we tried to return the boat, we were told to call her for fuel, but when we did, she claimed to be too stressed and told us to refuel it ourselves. We tried, but it didn’t work. When she finally arrived, she began to insult us in Italian and mocked us in front of the fuel station staff. She tried to refuel the boat, but the same problem happened again, with fuel spilling out. After that, she took us back to the port, whispering and mocking us the whole time. In the end, she left without saying anything. It was a really unpleasant and disrespectful experience. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO Gentile Nathan, il cliente non aveva fatto benzina e il personale della reception l'ha accompagnato gratuitamente a farla dal benzinaio in porto ( servizio che costa 50€ ) e loro si sono arrabbiati con lei , lei ha cercato di spiegare la situazione e sono intervenuti anche i benzinai dandoci una mano nel mettere benzina in quanto era molto movimentato il mare.
It was such a amazing experience if your doubting of spending that money I think is a must for Sardinia , Alessia was amazing, patient and helpful, explained to us really well how to use everything boat is easy to drive even if you don’t have experience , recommended!!

The boat was excellent, easy to use and well kept , we had one of the best days of our holiday while renting this and would recommend to anyone. It was also great value for money.

We were not shown how to use the controls of the boat until we asked but the lady (Alessandria) knew that we had no experience. She begrudgingly showed us the controls and explained how to use the anchor. We had rented the boat till 6pm but she explained that we had to be back for refuelling by 5pm so 6pm was not an option. She told us that the boat was full of gas - it wasn’t- it was just over three quarters full but we returned it full. When we brought back the boat she and another man on a scooter (we presume her big boss) was waiting to watch us park the boat. Once the boat was parked she climbed aboard and went straight to the back, pulled up the motor and immediately found damage to the propeller which she charged us -€250 for. We did not park the boat once during our rental and only stayed in open water so there is no way this can have been caused by us. I heard her mention the word police in Italian to the man so I told my husband just to pay without a fuss and accept it. However, when we get back to our hotel, we read a review from May 2025 - 2 weeks before - saying exactly the same scenario. Damage to the propeller which she immediately found on boat return which they were charged €250 for. I believe that this damage was never fixed and that this is a common scam that they charge renters repeatedly for. Most people renting these boats are inexperienced and do not know that every single propeller should be checked. We did see two propellers and husband took a photo but the third propeller was underneath the engine and when my husband asked how we see it she said we don’t need to as the engine is now lowered into the water. We will be picking this up in the UK and disputing the charge with our credit card company but my advice to anyone is DO NOT USE THIS OWNER - FIND ANOTHER OWNER. There are many of them and I believe this is how they are able to undercut prices because they always get this extra ‘income’ at the end.
We booked the speedboat last minute and were still kindly assisted by Alessia. She also gave us great tips on which islands to visit. The instructions were clear, and we didn't have to pay a deposit. Everything was handled smoothly at the end. Overall, it was a beautiful day out on the sea!
The boat itself was great. But, we arrived back at the boat ramp, there were already two very large yachts which were using the petrol pumps. As a result, we couldn’t fill up the boat. Instead, they decided to charge us £130 to fill up a quarter of the tank of petrol, which. We were ripped off, when we checked with a few other boat companies. We had travelled from Australia and this ruined the day.

We had an incredibly great day on the Costa Smeralda. The boat is a 10/10, brand new with quilted leather – very high quality and technically top-notch. We'll be booking it again next year, and in September it's an absolute bargain; for that price, you won't find a boat in this condition with these features anywhere on the island.
The best part was Alexia's kindness, providing us with all the necessary explanations for operating the boat and how to navigate the best routes with it. Thank you for everything, Alexia.

It was fantastic and a great experience. Marco accompanied us as skipper, as he recommended it due to the wind conditions. And it was worth it. Marco did a fantastic job! We even saw dolphins! I highly recommend it ??

We rented a license-free boat through Click&Boat. The handover was superficial – there was no proper instruction. We were only told when we had to be back, where we were allowed to go, and where the gas station was. No explanation of the technology, no reference to the fuel cap or how to start the engine – absolutely unprofessional. According to the booking, the rental period was from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. But on site, we were told we had to be back by 5 p.m. because the gas station closes before then. Why 6 p.m. was stated remains unclear. Around 2 p.m., the oil light suddenly came on. I immediately contacted the owner several times via WhatsApp – without a response. At 3 p.m., I called and asked her to check her messages. We were already on our way back so as not to damage the engine – even though we had three hours left according to the booking. The owner said she'd be right there. After repeated inquiries, she finally didn't show up until 5 p.m. – we waited at the harbor for over two hours without any apology. Then came the next shock: She immediately discovered alleged damage to the propeller – without looking closely, as if she had already known about it. For this, €250 was deducted from our deposit. Since we weren't even shown how to start the engine beforehand, we couldn't even check its condition at the beginning. Unfortunately, the whole thing seems very questionable to us. When we asked her about the long wait, she simply replied, "It can happen" – but to then sit at the harbor for two hours without any information is not acceptable customer service. In the end, we lost three hours of our booking because of the oil lamp; there was no discount, apology, or anything else!!!! Conclusion: Never again! Lack of instruction, poor customer service, dubious damage assessment. Not recommended.

We rented in Olbia, the price and boat were OK, but the employee was not OK. The rental contract was only in Italian and there were no proper instructions. Be careful what you sign, the things listed (e.g. rescue rockets) are not on board and could still be charged. In our case, a fender was missing from the start and we had to pay for it (50 euros). This seems to be a scam by employee A. Tip: check everything and take photos before starting the trip.
Very personal and at the same time professional handover of the well-maintained boat. Everything was perfect, we can definitely recommend it!
Excellent first time experience
Customer service leaves a little to be desired, until the day of departure we were not given the exact location of where the boat was. We knew it was in Olbia and we were at least an hour and a half away and the activity started at 9 am. For the rest, everything was fine. We had to be there at 9 am. For a first Zodiac rental, the day was great The boat is very easy to handle and very comfortable. The engine power is enough to take you far. We were warned, at sea, of a change in the weather which called for caution! Leonardo was very professional! The answers to our questions were quick and clear. The boat was in very good condition. We just regret the sonar which was not activated (or broken) and the announcement indicated the presence of a refrigerator (which surprised us). A little more advice in the event of damage would have been appreciated and reassuring! Very positive point: the deposit is not debited Renter to recommend to live a good time.

The boat met all expectations. The staff, on the other hand, was unprofessional. The person in question had not got things in order at all, and it took a while before we could finally sail away. When we returned, we were also told that there was damage to the fin, which we had never checked beforehand, but for which we had signed in an Italian contract. This was of course our own responsibility, but a serious error of judgment to assume that others can be trusted.
