The communication with the representative was terrible and although I asked her many times to please make sure that she sent me everything BEFORE our navigation, and that she give me a solution to the problem that we had not received her email even so close to the day of navigation (because we I had entered it well), he kept telling me that the email would eventually reach me. Knowing that he had not received anything yet, without checking with me, he left work without having helped me and we spent hours later trying to find a way to receive this information. We lost dinner, and hours of worry and research to try to solve the problem that had caused us. It was 9pm and we didn't know where we had to go the next day when we left our location at 7am. We had found 3 locations on Google, all different from where they might be located and where we would have to go at 9:15am. We didn't know what documents to bring, anything about the rules, etc. although I asked to please give us this information many times the day before because I hadn't received anything. The response was always “you will receive the email” which never arrived because they had entered my email incorrectly. In total, I sent several emails to 2 email accounts, I sent several messages to the company Click&Boat and to this company through this platform, I sent Whatsapps to two phone numbers, I wrote a review through Google reviews of one of the locations I found, I sent a message on instagram, and I called 3 numbers. After 6 hours (and 12 hours before our navigation), Jordi answered us and helped us with everything. A stressful, inconsiderate and unprofessional experience on the part of the “responsible”. After speaking with Jordi, he took care of our check-in at 11pm (when we should have been sleeping), and then on the day of the boat we decided to extend our reservation for the full day and he accommodated us on the spot. Very friendly and efficient. I would rent from them again but only if we have to work with Jordi to avoid another disappointment. If it were up to the person responsible, everything would be a star, but thanks to Jordi, we give them more. The schedules are not updated in the system (in general everything is quite poorly managed) and they do not have all the days that are presented in the Click&Boat calendar. Good price. The boats were in decent condition. They could improve the cleanliness (there were other people's hair in several places).

Meets expectations. Good boat to spend a day in the nearby coves. The attention at the reception was quick and with the necessary information and the boy who accompanies you to the boat was very friendly.

It is an economical boat and serves the purpose but the fact that the trim is not working and the power steering is not in perfect condition affects navigation. There is one of the speakers that is not operational
