All was good - very good: - communication while negotiating: timely, correct, complete - explaining everything about the boat: perfect - service when arriving back after the trip: friendly Not full stars on “comfort on board”: that’s only because the ladder to enter the boat while at sea was a bit difficult to use. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely book again here.

A completely unacceptable experience. The dinghy we were given was in terrible condition: the anchor didn't work, the seat kept coming off, the engine was flooded, and the awning was so damaged it was unusable. These problems not only ruined the entire day, but also demonstrated a complete lack of attention to maintenance and safety. What was even more frustrating was the staff's behavior. There was no willingness to resolve the issues or offer even minimal support. Their complete disorganization and lack of professionalism made the experience even more disappointing. It's clear that this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using them unless you want to risk ruining your day at sea.

This boat has a platform at the back with three steps, making it easier to get back in. It's an ideal boat if you don't have a boating license.

The boat was very good, a small 40 horsepower that slips everywhere. A little expensive for what it is but it was high season (mid August) so I guess that's normal. Be careful, the agency is in Porto Pollo, which is part of Palau, but is not in the city of Palau itself. It's not very clear for someone who doesn't know this area at all so you have to be careful about that. I appreciated the fact that the filling up was managed by the agency, as well as the pass for the Maddalena park, it's very practical. Special mention to the one who explained to us how the boat worked who was very clear and nice. Thanks again for this beautiful day that will remain in our memories!

You have to pay extra for fuel (per liter). Otherwise we were very satisfied and the staff was friendly.

We toured the entire archipelago, also passing through Cala Coticcio (which is the furthest one) spending a total of €80 on petrol. We highly recommend this experience!!

Great day with a boat in good condition. The departure base is very well located for visiting the Islands. The employees are nice. It's a pity that they don't provide us with a map of the Magdalena Islands with the areas prohibited from navigation or protected areas. It is therefore necessary to inquire well beforehand. Otherwise it was great.

Contact via WhatsApp went smoothly, we received a map of the different beaches. Parking for 10 € nearby, but you get fruit over it. In the case of a turbulent sea, it was better not to book with us, it was very critical.

In principle, everything was acceptable, but with little communication. During the rental day we rubbed against the propeller with some stones from the shore, obviously we knew that we would have to pay something, but they made us pay for the complete propeller, when it was not broken, just scratched, a total of €250. It seems to me a robbery, honestly, since I doubt very much that they are going to replace it. He was very unsympathetic, considering that we were honest and told him what had happened as soon as we arrived.
