Scheduling an appointment was straightforward and worked well! Maria explained everything well and even refueled the boat at the end! We had a lovely day and were happy that our dog was allowed on the boat.

We were unable to make the reservation. There was bad weather (wind) and no proactive communication from the owner. I kept texting her to find out about the meeting place/included services/updates on the forecast/confirmation of the cancellation. I'm still waiting for confirmation of the cancellation and a full refund :-(

Disastrous experience, avoid it. The address isn't specified in the ad, and we wasted an hour getting a response from the owner telling us the location, even though I had contacted her the day before to get this information. During the briefing, she told us there was only an hour of gas at full power, even though we rented the boat for the day. This was my third experience on a boat without a license; it was the first time I'd seen someone rent a boat without having refueled. Then we set out to sea. It was 34°C in full sun. We decided to put the boat's sunshade on. But it was loose, so we had to return to the rental location to get it repaired. Finally, we arrived at the boat gas station; five boats were waiting ahead of us. This was the last straw, so we decided to stop everything and return the boat after 30 minutes at sea. We asked for a refund of €100 of the €254 we paid, but she obviously refused. This person is dishonest.

Luckily, everything went well. A bit of general disorganization. The boat was dirty, and unlike usual, we had to fill up before leaving, so instead of leaving at 9, we left at 11 because there was a queue. We asked if the awning could be removed and were told it wouldn't bother us. However, while sailing, it bothered us the entire time. A terrible experience. Furthermore, I bought all the insurance (bad weather, damage, etc.), which meant paying more. Once we got to the marina, we were told that the insurance wasn't necessary because it applies to the app and not the private boat. So, I wasted money for nothing? An experience I won't repeat.

Hands down, the best value in the area. The owner is very kind, helpful, and professional. Worth it.
