We rented a boat with a large cabin, but Carlo did not want us in the cabin. If we approached the door, he'd ask us what we needed and he would go grab it. He's got a nice interior, but highly protective of people going inside. Carlo said to bring cash for gas, but did not allow us to pay at the dock. He charged us a flat rate of 300 Euro, that equated to about 5 Euro per litre for the gas we used. Carlo was not a very engaging host, made our family feel like Carlo's goal was to simply get us off the boat. I try to answer your statements individually to give an explanation: 1) The cabin door is closed to ensure safety for all guests, in the past some people have accidentally fallen and there have been serious consequences. Safety first of all, the Captain is responsible for the people on board, moreover, for safety and hygiene reasons there are some fundamental rules to be respected on the boats: you do not enter the cabin wet or dirty with sand because you can slip. 2) Before accepting any booking we make sure that the guest is aware of the cost of fuel, which is also written in the description of the ad: amalfi coast 300 €, Capri 400 € in cash. This booking was accepted after receiving confirmation from you regarding the cost of fuel. The cost of fuel is calculated from the port where the boat is parked, not from the place of the meeting with the guests. Finally, we remind you that renting a boat is not the same as a purchase and the things of others must be treated with respect, and as elsewhere, even on board there are rules that must be respected. We apologize for this negative experience because we would always like our customer's satisfaction, but we invite you to rent a boat with another company and you will find the same safety standards

Okey - to say that was one of the best experiences ever, is nothing. Carlo is amazing, the boat is so classy, clean and spicy - that you feel special among others. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone (well to those who have a taste and aren’t spoiled). Rent this boat - have an amazing day at Amalfi!

We have had a fantastic day with Carlo on his boat. We travelled to Capri and then back down the Amalfi coast. The service was excellent and Carlo is an outstanding Captain. He was very knowledgeable and tried very hard to make our day special. We had a fantastic photographic opportunity . Thank you Carlo and click and boat .. the service and communication was excellent . Recommended.
