Everything was great and worked perfectly. The process was quick, both on arrival and departure. Unfortunately, our canopy was slightly damaged and then became even more damaged during the trip, but we weren't charged for it. This meant that it couldn't be removed or opened. Otherwise, everything was great. This was my second boat I've rented from them, and I'd be happy to do it again.
