We had booked and paid for a boat that matched the photo (a rigid hull, offering more comfort and space). Upon arrival, we were finally placed on a zodiac, which was not at all what was expected. We expressed our dissatisfaction, but no solution was offered by the manager. It's a shame, because the experience could have been pleasant if the service had been as advertised.

Communication was fluid and the rental process was easy and intuitive. We asked before renting about the weather, they told us that there would be better weather for Sunday, July 14th than for Saturday the 13th. We felt cheated, because we believe that they wanted to ensure the rental on Sunday despite the bad weather because they had quite a lot of weather on Saturday. easier to rent everything. We had to leave the boat 30' early because the waves and wind did not allow us to be at sea. Furthermore, the maintenance of the ship left much to be desired. On the other hand, the characteristics of the boat we rented did not match those of the boat they gave us. We had to ask for the refrigerator, which didn't fit in any of the spaces on the boat.

All perfect! The only little thing is that the night before it rained and the mats were not waterproof and they were very damp and smelled musty. We couldn't use the drawers either because they were full of water, so we were a bit cramped. Otherwise all great!
