We met Nikola at Vestar Marina after booking his boat online. Fabulous greeting and we proceeded to his boat. Nikola took his time to go over the instructions on how to use the boat. The boat is for 4 people although we are only 2 people, there is plenty of room for 4. The boat offers soft padded seating with shaded cover. The same soft padded seating is stretched out for sun lounging which is extremely comfortable with head rests on both sides. Plenty of storage is available to keep things tidy. On return Nikola was there waiting to assist us docking with a big wave and smile. He is a pleasure to deal with and we will use his boat again. Ian & Bernie..Dublin

We spontaneously came up with the idea of renting a boat and looked it up on Google. Then we saw Nikola's ad and wrote to him directly. He responded and gave us an offer shortly after. The price was great, so we booked right away! The communication was excellent, and our excitement began to build. On the day of booking, we were able to park easily at the campsite (where the boat dock is). As we walked down to the meeting point, Nikola was already approaching us in the boat. After a brief briefing, we were off. We had a fantastic day on the boat, with perfect weather! We visited the surrounding islands and were able to swim and snorkel everywhere. Towards the afternoon, the waves became a bit rougher, so we headed back. Nikola was already expecting us and had taken the boat back. We will definitely come back to him on our next vacation in Croatia. Everything was simply fantastic! ??

It was a beautiful day! The boat was big enough for four people and our dog – everything was very comfortable, and the kids had a great time. The range was perfect, and we were able to visit a few beautiful islands. The owner was very nice and gave us great tips for the route. Highly recommended!

Booking was short notice and very uncomplicated. We drove ourselves without a boat license. We weren't allowed to go to Rovinj and could only drive to the surrounding islands, but it was enough. The boat dock was at the campsite "Marina Camping Veštar" (in Google Maps also "Sophie rent a Boat Rovinj"), we were able to park for free right in front of the entrance in front of the roundabout. The lady at the entrance gate wanted confirmation that we were allowed into the campsite - of course we didn't have that - the chat history with Nikola was enough. Then we went down the main road to the boat rental, I'd estimate 500m. Nikola was on time as agreed, the boat was clean, the instructions were short and concise. Note about the new propeller - leave enough distance from the shore so that you don't shred it - approx. 1.5m - you can usually see it in front of the shore, drop anchor there and go into the sea ? Engine on/off - reverse/neutral/forward. If you steer to the right you drive to the left and if you steer to the right you drive to the left - that's clear. I accelerate like on a motorbike, only the other way round, I found it easier with my left hand - it was a bit of a no-brainer to get used to it! It was a lot of fun for me ? and my family, we went to all the islands, bathed, sunbathed - a fantastic day trip, we had our Labrador with us - Nicola was worried about the material so that it wouldn't get damaged (justified because of dog claws) but generally didn't mind, we had a blanket or towel underneath. But when Luna accelerates and dives into the water after us, the blanket flies away - getting into the boat was difficult and wobbly with her, the dog harness made it more or less OK. We mostly drove with less gas as it was more relaxed and you could hardly talk - we had enough time, from 10:00 to 17:30 max. - the family had had enough by 16:00 - I could have cruised on - Nikola was at the dock within 15 minutes. Payment here via Click&Boat and Paypal 150€ + 7€ fee - no deposit required - didn't damage anything either - nice, simple boat. We would do it again 2 adults/2 children/1 dog I know the review is actually TLDR (too long to read), but it might be helpful for others when booking - I forgot to give a tip, so this long post might be useful.

The boat tour gave us one of the best days of our vacation. Booking, communication, instructions were all great with Nikola, clear recommendation ??

What I think is a shame is that we had to pay extra for damage to the screw, which I am 100 percent sure we had not caused. He said we had to pay 30 euros extra. I gave 25 but I don't agree. Advice for others: check the screw even better and take pictures to save hassle afterwards. We have never been to shallow areas ourselves, so I am sure it is not our fault. This was very unfortunate. Thank you Nikola for the uncomplicated and friendly communication! It is a "cute" little boat (which my children really wanted ;) ), and is perfectly adequate for a day trip to the surrounding islands and bays! The four of us had a very nice trip and would happily book again!

Cool boat, good handling. Maximum speed of 11-12 km/h with three people. The motor could be a bit more powerful but it is completely sufficient.

New and clean boat.

It was a perfect day! The boat was perfect for relaxing. The boat was very clean and had a nice area to lie on. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back. Nikola was very nice and the instructions were great.

There were four of us. The boat was completely adequate for that. Meeting point directly at the boat at the booked time. Everything was explained in detail. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. With half a day's rental you can easily drive to the islands or bays in the area, drop anchor and go swimming. The booked time is also flexible; we were allowed to stay up to an hour longer without asking at no extra cost. We'd be happy to do it again when we're back

We had a really nice day on Nikola's boat. The boat is brand new and perfectly maintained. Nikola welcomed us very warmly and communication with him was flawless and very friendly. The boat was easy to operate and worked perfectly. There were two of us on board with a small dog, so there was plenty of space.
