Super nice owner and great boat for lots of fun on the water, would gladly do it again!

Kevin was very welcoming. Good value for money. The boat isn't new, but it does the job. The children were able to wakeboard, and we had a great afternoon.

Alexandre will provide you with a dilapidated boat: - helm seat - swim ladder - sun deck - sufficient number of life jackets - electric trim that prevents the engine from rising … a set of essential equipment, all of course broken and therefore dangerous to use. Screws, nuts, and other loose metal parts in the cabin complete this description. On the plus side: you won't be charged for cleaning since it hasn't been done. Keep your shoes on; it will be your first time on a boat. PS: the equipment required for rental and navigation will be optional and will obviously not be offered to you. RENT: €370 for half a day. At your request, made the day before the rental, two life jackets perfectly suited to your 3 and 5-year-old children were also provided. Regarding the boat, the sunbeds and the ladder were in good condition. The only issue we acknowledge is the seat, which had been broken by previous renters the day before and unfortunately could not be repaired in time. Despite this, you chose to take the boat and fully enjoyed your rental. If it did not meet your expectations, you were under no obligation to use it. Furthermore, contrary to what you stated, the rental was €320, not €370. We issued a €100 refund as a gesture of goodwill and also chose not to charge for fuel, bringing the rental price to €220 including fuel for 4 hours, or about €50 per hour. This is equivalent to the rental price of a pedal boat, which for your future outings will certainly be a more suitable option for your needs and budget. We readily accept feedback when it is objective and justified. However, describing equipment that was present and functional as defective is inaccurate. Considering all these factors, your comment seems particularly disproportionate to the service actually provided. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. We rented this boat with a wakeboard option. We didn't immediately notice that the booties attached to the board were completely torn. We tried to wakeboard, and my friend burned her foot when the shoelace got tangled around it. I tried to file a claim with Click&Boat, but any claim after two hours of use will not be considered. Furthermore, there's nothing to hang the wakeboard cable from. We had reserved a boat specifically for wakeboarding, but we weren't able to use it. The boat wasn't clean when we arrived. There were beer bottle caps in the bottom. The canopy looked like it might have blown away at any moment, and the ladder was completely bent. We were very disappointed with our experience on this boat.

The boat is as advertised despite a few minor details about its general condition. (Sunroof a little damaged and the engine cannot be raised completely...) The maintenance of the boat is average: - the side protection of the hull (strike plate) is coming off - the structure of the awning is broken - the boat turns slightly to the left The engine runs smoothly and the mechanical steering is reliable. Large storage with the cabin! There were 6 of us on the boat which was very comfortable. The entry and exit from Port-Jorioz is simple. Great outing on the lake!!

Great day on the boat, despite a somewhat chaotic start given the absence of the owner who guided us from a distance to retrieve the boat. The awning and the ladder are nevertheless to be repaired. The rest is nickel!

Alexandre is friendly, available at tph when needed. Her boat deserves a little maintenance at the end of the season but perfect for a moment on the lake under the sun. The only identical remark in the previous rental: a blunder would be more than useful in addition to being mandatory. And the trimmer dial does not work.
