Up until then, we'd been having a good experience. However, before docking, the boat was stopped and presented with a bill far exceeding our expectations. Some purchases we authorized included wine and fuel. €2,000 extra, without a receipt and without much clarity about what we were paying for. In addition, I tried to contact the ship to retrieve two women's hats left on the boat, but received no response.
We had a fantastic Day which was made possible by an excellent boat but as important was the excellent communication which enable us to have exactly the day we wanted. Don’t forget to ask Victoire for his recommendations! Captain Frank was also amazing, professional, funny and very relaxed when our afternoon lunch went on much longer than we expected!
