It was a wonderful day. The boat is very comfortable! We rented for 6 hours and the time flew by. Besides the comfort of the boat, the most positive aspect was essentially the interaction with Florian on the day of the rental. He is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He provided us with all the information clearly and succinctly. A perfect 20 for him. They are very fortunate to have a professional like Florian in this area of customer interaction. However, I must offer some feedback to improve the customer experience. • Starting with the price: Last summer, for example, I rented a boat in the same category and the price was much more affordable (€80 less). • Need for a storage compartment: I also had a better experience on this same boat in Sicily, as they should have had a storage compartment where we could store all our belongings/backpacks so they wouldn't get wet. A lot of water gets into the boat from the consecutive entrances and exits throughout the day, and all our backpacks got wet, even when placed under the bench. • Freshwater shower: Like my previous experience, the boat had a freshwater shower that we ended up using a lot. All good! A great way to reach several coves without tying your day to just one. The boat is easy to maneuver, but if you don't have a license, keep in mind that you can't go further than 5 miles from the rental point. However, the boat is equipped with a GPS that will immediately alert you if you go beyond that limit.

Contrary to the previous reviews, the communication beforehand was not good! When I proactively asked about the location and time, I received a pre-written standard email with good location information and a reminder to be there on time for check-in. What I did not get, despite asking twice, was a check-in time (which is how we arrived at the start of the booking). There was also no answer as to whether it was possible to rent snorkelling equipment (like with other providers). The briefing on site was excellent and the boat (we had a good comparison from two other providers in previous years) was fine except for one major flaw and a deal-breaker in our opinion. Since we were out for a whole day, we obviously went swimming. The problem is the ladder: the bottom rung is at water level and there is no handhold at the top. If you are young and fit like my daughters, it might work out. I would not recommend this boat to older people (also compare it with the other boats next to us, ALL of which have better ladders). The price compared to our last provider was very good.

All in all, a successful day trip at a fair price, with excellent instructions and helpful anchoring tips. I'd definitely be happy to come back ??

We were called 30 minutes before the rental started and told him exactly when we would be there. We were given instructions and paid the deposit in cash and then we were able to set off straight away. The engine was a bit old, but the boat was as good as new. We had a wonderful time on the boat and were able to anchor in various bays nearby. We particularly liked the Ses Pedreretes bay and the Cala de la Nova a Cala Fornells bay. The water was turquoise blue and we could see lots of fish while snorkeling. This was certainly not our last time, we would be happy to book again. Checkout was problem-free and we got the deposit back afterwards. Thank you for the great experience.

Everything was great, great value for money, very well explained by Bjorn and easy to find the place with the locations, the only problem is that you don't know how much gas you have, like an indicator or how to know, if you pay for a whole day it would be good to be able to organize yourself, for the rest everything was great

Everything was perfect for a day on the boat. The boat is exactly as described, in perfect condition and comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that when they give you directions they don't speak Spanish, but if you know English, no problem. 100% recommended.

Everything was great, a beautiful and sparkling clean boat at a fair price! There were six of us and we had plenty of space.

Perfect boat for a good day at sea, easy to handle and comfortable within its category. I didn't like that he arrived 40 minutes late, without warning and pretended that we would waste that time, we had to suggest finishing later, to which he agreed without problems. Communication is difficult since the person who teaches it does not speak any Spanish. Previously we had rented the same boat and sailed through a larger area, to Camp de Mar, however this time he told us that we could not leave the bay of Santa Ponça. They should change the anchor, since it is small and when you anchor it moves. Despite everything, we had a great day at sea.

Easy booking, very friendly handover, uncomplicated. Very nice trip. Only the handover location could be described more precisely at the beginning, as the boats are not in the harbor as usual but are brought to the jetty, so you are unsure whether you are in the right place if there is no one around. Otherwise, great!
