Yacht charter in Sirmione · Mingolla Cantiere Nautico — Brava Open 18 (2022)

The boat is good, the service could be better. We asked if it was okay if we would arrive 10 min later (which we didn‘t in the end) but they said it was okay. The first boat we went on wasn‘t working, so we got another one - the guys were really fast & friendly. We got everything explained & were asked to take pictures for the deposit (DEFINITELY do that!!!) After we came back (with a small delay of 10 min because we also started 30 min late because of the change of boat before), they took over the boat again and we went back to the office to pick up our deposit. That‘s when the lady in the office was very rude and unfriendly, and immediately wanted to charge us extra for „being very late“ and also „crashing the boat“. Also she said we had a different time of booking and didn‘t believe me & treated me like I was stupid. After showing her screenshots and her calling her colleagues she finally caved and gave us back our money. That‘s absolutely NOT what you wish for after a relaxed day on the lake (it was my dad‘s birthday) - very disappointing!

I must admit the the personel missed out class when it came to service. Being 45 years old I really just want to be treated nicely. A couple of times I wanted to give them a royal speach about how to communicate with the people who are paying the salary. The boat was perfect for the occation. The information about where to go and not was just not there. But we had a great day and I would go again. Surly with another rental if possible.

Everything was good and we had a great day at the lake. Only issue was that the lifewest was smelling heavily of gasoline. But looks like no-one used lifewests when sailing the Garda Lake. All in all a great day and the boat was perfect for us.

Poor instructions before takeover. Failure of understanding the position of the « dangerous area » unfortunately I endommaged the propeller. The boat rental office didn’t recognize the insurance I booked in advance with click& boat . Moreover I was charged the deposit (300 Eur) while the most expensive propeller I’ ve found for this model is around 186 Eur

Its a professional rent company. After the trip you have to refuel at a different place. After refueling everything is ok, they friendly say goodby…. So you have To think about the €150,- deposito, they wont help you think about it……. I forgot And now they dont react anymore….
