This was by far the worst boat hire experience we’ve ever had. We were contacted at 1am the day before (thank for the wake up) our original booking and told the weather would be too bad to go out — we had no choice but to change dates. The next day turned out to be beautiful weather, so this was clearly just an excuse for something we will never know. When we showed up for the rescheduled hire, we were told the boat had “broken down the day before.” This made no sense, since the day before was supposed to be our original booking (cancelled for “weather”), and multiple reviews from weeks earlier mention the exact same excuse. It’s clear this boat doesn’t actually exist. We were forced to pay full price with no refund option, then charged nearly $100 AUD for fuel without any explanation, measurement, or prior notice that this was even an extra charge. The boat we were given instead was average and no better than much cheaper alternatives available elsewhere on the island. To make matters worse, we were told it was safe to head to the other side of the island after 2pm. It wasn’t — we went and the conditions were dangerous enough that we genuinely feared for our safety. No warning, no care, no responsibility taken. Dishonest, overpriced, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this operator.

Very very disappointed. The boat i especially rented for my birthday and decided to go with this renter because of the nice boat, was not available when i came in the morning. The boat was broken and not available from the day before. I did not get any information beforehand nor any option to receive a refund nothing. They gave me a "similar" boat in their words, spoiler it wasn't. The only similarity was the horse power which i did not care about. I got a boat which looked like any other, so i could have just went and rent a cheaper one for less money. Anyways, the boat was not only uncomfortable it was also a complete different look and model, instead of luxury black boat with wood looking flooring, a normal white boat with plastic floor boat. But as i am not a bad human being i understand when things break and there is no other option. But the communication afterwards when i tried to talk to them for a bit of a refund because i did not want this boat, i receive very unprofessional messages on my WhatsApp which is amazingly unprofessional. Adding to that is the fuel costs extra which i did not know, maybe i didn't see it on the booking but usually i never had to pay fuel in my recent boat rentals in other countries. So if you want to rent a boat, probably go with a different renter.

We had such an awesome time and enjoyed the day. It was our first time driving a boat and Konstantinos was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Everything was fine. We didn’t get the boat we booked, but he gave us an other one. So we were fine with it. The communication with the owner was easy and comfortable via WhatsApp. We had a great day with a boat, that was in a good condition.

The boat was nice and the entire rental process went very well.

Had a really good experience with this company, John was so welcoming and friendly on anrrival and informed us very efficiently with instructions of everything we needed to know with regards to safety and what to avoid. We were on a family day out, myself, my husband & our 3 children, We were given a map of the island with pointers of where the best places to visit, where to eat etc which was really helpful and we got to explore beaches etc that you can only get to by boat. We were able to do a full lap of the island and also a few small islands off. There was a cool box and sun shade, we had the best day out from 9.30am until 5pm.

We had an absolutely amazing experience hiring the boat from Konstantinos! From the very beginning, John was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure we felt safe and comfortable. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole process so smooth. The boat itself was in perfect condition and provided everything we needed for a fantastic day on the water.
