Boat Without Licence Ingenito Gozzo 750 40hp
The Gozzo 750 is a typical Campania boat, suitable for discovering the wonderful waters of Sorrento and Amalfi. The gozzo has a length of 7.5 meters and a 40 HP engine, therefore a boat license is not required to navigate aboard the gozzo. In addition, the boat can carry up to 8 passengers, so you can enjoy with friends and family the wonders that the Campania sea has to offer. The cost of fuel according to consumption must be added to the daily price. You can request a skipper on board for the cost is 120 € per day. It is also possible to rent the boat with skipper and fuel included, for standard excursions (from 10h00 to 18h00) with departure and arrival from the port of Sorrento: Below is the cost, for skipper and fuel, to be added to the daily price of the boat for the different excursions - Sorrento-Capri € 180 - Sorrento-Positano € 190 - Sorrento-Amalfi € 230 - Sorrento-Capri-Positano € 230 - Sorrento-Capri-Positano-Amalfi € 260 Our VTS (vessel traffic service) satellite control network will always guarantee immediate assistance in case of need and an exclusive, easy and intuitive application will also be provided free of charge to all our guests to follow the navigation on their smartphone, full of information on the area in question. which you are browsing. On board the gozzo 750 you can spend relaxing days sunbathing and having fun diving into the crystal clear waters of the coast and the Gulf of Sorrento.

The boat was great and perfect for what we needed. It is quite a slow process at the end waiting for fuel (this is not the fault of the owner) but it might have been helpful to offer some of the party to disembark while someone waited to see final fuel price.
The boat was great. Simple to operate. Everything worked. Service was great, great at explaining everything to do with the trip. Made a quick call to let them know we were coming back and they were there to park us up. Good gps tracker on the phone so we knew how to get back to harbour and where we could anchor etc. Pretty expensive day out though. Took full insurance when we initially booked and then there was more insurance to pay when we got there, which was optional. Only used 1/4 of a tank of fuel as we went back a bit early which still worked out at almost 50 euros to fill. Great wee day just wish the sea had been calmer.

The girls at the reception were so helpful and clear with direction and so easy to talk too. The boys that helped on the boat to take us out and back in were also incredibly nice and easy to talk with. Couldn’t recommend enough for anyone thinking about hiring through them! Thanks again legends

This was one of the best things we did on our trip to Italy!! The boat was great! It was a little slow but we were able to go to Capri and Positano. Worked great and the staff were helpful and nice!! Great experience!

Wonderful day on the boat. Self skippered, took it to positano and capri. It is a slower boat, 40hp, so best for those okay with being the slowest on the water. Staff was wonderful getting us started!
Rudder was loose and created a dangerous situation when the boat was hit with a wave and turned swiftly to the left and almost flipped. After this situation I needed to compensate all day constantly turning the wheel to the right. I mentioned this upon return but no compensation was offered.
The boat was great, however if you are going to Capri it is not easy to get a space in the harbour, we were advised to go to a restaurant mooring which we did, and then had to wait 1 hour to be picked up. Not the best organisation.

We were visiting from New York City and had the most amazing time! The boat was amazing and the views that we were able to see were absolutely incredible! Highly highly recommend with out a doubt
Superb hire for the day. Easy to control and had some really good directions from the staff. We made it to Positano and out to Capri in our time, plus a stop for a swim and some lunch. Excellent service all round. Thank you
Everything on the day was good, although we lost the anchor whilst stopped in a bay. This cost us an extra 100 Euro. If this was unavoidable perhaps instruction on how to anchor safely should be given. To us it seemed like the knot had untied. We hired the Ingenito Gozzo 750 boat for 7 of us. We got across to Capri from Sorrento, but the waves coming round the headland and from other faster/larger boats were throwing us around quite a bit. The journey back was mostly calmer. A really fun day, and the canopy on the boat was good for those who needed some shade.
Had a wonderful day with lovely Giovanni, our skipper. Great advice from Giovanni who helped us find fish when snorkelling and have us ideas of where to sail to. The boat was clean and in great condition. Reception staff in office were kind and professional and very well organised . Had such a lovely day - Thank you Giovanni and Nautical Sic Sic We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic day!!! The boat was so quick and comfortable, easy to drive and docking at Capri was an amazing experience! It look a long time to get the briefing so leave an hour earlier than you need to be there but other than that it was a perfect, easy day!
The whole experience was great. This is the second time ive rented a boat in Sorrento and this was the best experience by far. The boat ran well and was well kept. The people were friendly, thorough, and well organized. It was the worst day to rent due to winds and choppy waters but that's on mother nature as I overheard some people complaining to the boat owners about the waves, lol. The only recommendation I would make to the owners is to try to ensure there is some way of charging your phone on the boat as the one we had, had a rusted out and broken USB port. Other then that, we'll be back next year!!

Unfortunately the steering was so poorly trimmed it made steering a pain and the steering wheel was so loose with so much room to maneuver that it was scary to hold it in your hands. The landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated and the price is okay if the maintenance is raised.
Excellent service and communication went smoothly. However, there was only 1 registration desk and because the person in front of us had a lot of questions, we were very late. During busy periods, it would be nice if more staff were available, so that processing could go faster. Other than that, absolutely great!
