Great boat exactly as discribed they even picked us up from the hotel pontoon
I had booked a boat from him to go to Capri. The communication from the owner was not clear at all. I had asked for another boat and he gave me a downgraded boat. The office at which I was supposed to meet the captain was not cooperative in helping me change the boat or speak to the owner. Moreover I was never clearly told that the fuel and captain charges were additional euro 190.. After all that when I get to Capri, I'm told by the skipper there is a 100 euro charge to dock the boat !! Why weren't we told all this before ? Unpleasant experience due to lack of transparency.
