My fiance and I had a great time with Gabriel, our skipper/ captain. Right from the beginning, he messaged me on WhatsApp and was very friendly and helpful. We were a bit late bc we had to take the bus from Taormina, and he was extremely patient. Once we were on the boat, he drove very smoothly and shared a lot of history of Sicily. He took us to several caves and allowed us to have ample free swimming time. I would definitely recommend Dario and his team. The price was reasonable and the boat was great. Just some tips - you can bring your own food and drinks (I recommend bringing some food/ snacks as there isn’t a lot of shade on the boat and you definitely get hungry quick). Bring towels as they are not provided. 10/10 experience! Would book again.
Everything was top-notch! The boat was fantastic and perfectly clean. Our skipper was a true professional: very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and he accommodated all our requests. Thanks to him, we visited all the main sights and took tons of great photos with Mt. Etna in the background and the beautiful landscapes around Taormina. If you are planning to head out into the open sea and have little or no experience, we highly recommend hiring a skipper. It allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the trip without any worries. Highly recommended!
Dario was quick to respond to confirm our reservation. He set us up with his co-worker, Mario. Mario was so kind and professional and chill. He made the trip really fun, relaxing and he was very informative. He spoke great English and was so accommodating the whole time. Mario also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things to see and do in Taormina, Catania and Giardini-Naxos. We had the best time! And the boat price is fair. Highly recommend!
I hit the jackpot with this one! Dario was an amazing guy, who communicated well ahead and during our trip! The boat was clean, new, well equipped with snorkel, shower, speakers and great seating with all-day shade. If you are thinking about booking, don’t think, just book - I can guarantee you an amazing experience with Dario and his boat. 11/10, will book again if I ever travel to Taormina/Giardini-Naxos again!
This was amazing. Communication with Dario beforehand was great. And our skipper Mario was amazing. Very accomodating, friendly and knew a lot about the locations. Lots to chat about. They really make sure you have a good time and are willing to be flexible as per your preferences. Do yourself a favor and book a trip with them. Glad we didnt opt for some group trip trying to save money. 4 hours, totally worth it.
Dario was responsive and easy to communicate with prior to booking the boat. On arrival of our booking day, we met Mario (an employee of Dario’s) who explained the instructions/expectations of boat hire very clearly and concisely (great communication). Our boat was comfortable and clean - making our day out on the water very satisfying. The Bluetooth speakers were a great added bonus too :)
It was amazing! My mom and I went, Mario was our captain and he was the kindest. Dario the owner was also super friendly and communicative. We had no issues at all, in fact, we had a blast!! My mom gets seasick easily and Mario made sure she was ok and attended to her needs whenever she asked to go slower, etc. Definitely worth it!!!
No better way to see the Taormina coastline than with Dario and Gabriele! Spectacular day and a pleasure hanging out with them. Showed us all the coolest spots with the luxury of being on our own program given it was private. And the price! 350 euros compared to 750 euros that our hotel quoted hs
Dario was responsive and very easy to deal with. Mario was a great captain and took us wherever we wanted to go. We did a full day tour and even though I am an experienced boat captain we opted to get a skipper so that we could fully relax and learn a bit more about the coastline. Highly recommend!
Amazing time with Dario as our skipper! Loved that he included a bottle of prosecco and was really flexible on timing. I’d definitely book again! My only suggestion would be a dry place to store items: there was no storage on board and no towels, so definitely bring a dry bag and towels!

We had a private 4 hour tour with Dario today for our honeymoon and it was incredible! Would 100% recommend this - it was the highlight of our trip. So lovely to go between bays and stop to swim/relax as much as we liked. The skipper was lovely, took us around to the nice spots and shared some facts. We stopped off at Isola Bella bay for some swimming/snorkelling and sunbathing. We were also offered some complimentary prosecco. The boat was nice and clean and we had such a fun experience! Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing day on Dario’s boat. We send an application for the boat and got a reply within an hour. Once we arrived at the boat everything was explained and we were on our way. The boat is amazing, allot of room especially for two people. I would recommend rentig this boat to anyone who wants a nice dat out on the water.

Dario’s boat was fabulous and he was so easy to book with! As soon as we showed up to the marina, he quickly showed us the boat, everything we needed to know, and we were off. We even rented a paddle board from him to take with us. Rode around the bays and listened to Italian music on the radio! The best was that he was on call in case we had any questions. 5 star experience!

Boat was very clean and comfortable, easy to drive and good communication with owner. Cost of hire was reasonable however be conscious of additional fuel charges, which are not clear in booking. The fuel tank was less than full to start with, which had to be refilled at additional price. Also mindful, fridge is only an esky (cool box). Regardless, we had a lovely day.

The boat is equipped with every comfort, is practically new, and therefore has everything you could want in a rental boat, allowing us to have a wonderful day.
