The morning of the rental, I was informed via WhatsApp of its cancellation due to bad weather. After several attempts with the rental company to be informed of the terms and deadlines for reimbursement (we could not postpone the rental) and then a few days of waiting, I was told that the reimbursement request had been made to Click&Boat.
