Our boat has a maximum capacity of 8 people plus the skipper, who could be your companions or family, the general idea is that you have an incredible time. We paid our deposit in the morning and didn't get a receipt. In the end, the unfriendly gentleman said that we didn't give him any money and didn't get our deposit back. In the end we got the deposit but he was sure we didn't give him any money. Very poor handling of customers and very unprofessional.
