Perfect, good explanations at the start.

Beware! Rip-offs and fraudulent practices! Only rent with good insurance! I absolutely cannot recommend this boat rental company. I rented a 40 hp boat from them. Upon handover, a report was drawn up detailing existing damage. Among other things, the propeller was already chipped and damaged on all edges. The outboard motor also had several scratches. We were then recommended the archipelago off Trapani, and the weather was already good today. It might get a bit windy. On the way there, we had to turn around because our boat was barely moving forward and we almost capsized several times. The waves were a good 2 meters high. Of course, the rental company can't be blamed for that, but I would have really appreciated a more serious warning. After an hour, we were already back in the harbor, and I contacted the owner by phone. We shouldn't wait. Later that day, I received a call asking if we had caused any further damage to the boat. I asked how, because we had been rocked by the waves for an hour on the open sea. The next day, €1,200 was suddenly blocked on my credit card, and I was sent a cost estimate from a repair shop near Palermo. €400 just for transport of a small boat with an outboard motor. During phone calls, I was told there were new scratches on the engine. I couldn't quite make sense of these scratches based on the before and after pictures. In my opinion, the damage had already been caused before the boat was handed over. When I asked for a detailed explanation and proof of the repair costs, I was fobbed off and treated unfriendly. I was told that in Sicily, even "the air we breathe is expensive." It seems as if these practices are deliberately designed to rip off tourists and have the engine overhauled at my expense. After consulting my insurance company, the rental company immediately accepted my settlement offer of €550. This wouldn't have made sense if the rental company had a justified claim. I've rented a few boats before, but I've never experienced anything so brazen.

I rented the dinghy with my partner, we were followed by "Ciccio", an efficient and very kind boy ... he was able to give us excellent advice on how to navigate safely and to enjoy the day to the fullest ... very satisfied with this rental, thank you very much guys, see you next time ?

Beautiful day at sea

Francesco was a great guy, he explained everything and showed us what and how, the boat itself was great, there were a few shortcomings, e.g. the mattresses flew off because all the fastenings were broken, the hatch with the fuel tanks opened by itself because its fastening was also broken, but apart from that it was a great experience and I'm sure We will use again in the future.

Great day on the island of Favignana, the boat matched the description and was functional. Great welcome from the owner who answers all your questions. No surprises on return when it is returned! Top, I recommend this serious rental company!

Overall positive evaluation of the rental, there was a small mix-up but they were able to satisfy us and make our holiday beautiful thanks to the rental of the dinghy. We will definitely be back! Friendly and helpful staff, fast and clear communication.

Excellent dinghy, very clean and easy to handle. Beautiful day. Unfortunately three flaws: broken stereo, a piece of the awning was missing (which in the end we still used by tying a towel to keep it in place) and the spare petrol funnel... which we had to use. Friendly and good staff. I recommend them.
