Communication was a bit difficult, the fresh water in the tank smelled of fuel, couldn't take a shower, refrigerator was broken (the opener was broken) Price performance average
Thank you for your review. We have no record of communication issues and always strive for clear interactions with our guests. The water in the tank did not smell of fuel; it had a faint scent of detergent as we regularly clean the tank. Regarding the refrigerator, it was not broken—the opener was slightly damaged by the previous guests, but it was still functional. We appreciate your feedback
We were given a friendly welcome. Everything was done via WhatsApp. We had the boat for 3 days and had planned trips so that we had gas stations nearby. Unfortunately, the engine broke down on the 2nd day and we came to a stop on open water. After about an hour of writing and explaining, we tinkered around with the engine using instructions. First they asked if we had filled up with the wrong fuel or something similar because the engine had broken down. I said we had done everything right and I know about boat trips and navigation. Then the boss wrote that he knew straight away what the problem was. Unfortunately we didn't have any tools on board that we could fix. There were actually 2 small problems that had a big impact. We asked them to send us someone. We found an emergency solution and were able to drag ourselves to the next harbor. After about 5 hours everything was done. We were able to drive on. But half the day was over and we had to re-plan our plans because there was only 1 gas station nearby. So we could hardly use the 2nd day. On the third day we brought the boat back and communicated via WhatsApp that we might get something back. We suggested 600 euros. In the end we agreed on just 300 euros, as we drove for 5 hours anyway. Mhhh, which he will charge us back by credit card in about 10 days. Let's wait and see. Unfortunately there was no cash. I know things can happen. The strange thing was that he knew straight away which cable was broken, it was oxidized. You can check it before you leave. And secondly we had to look at the engine ourselves on the water at 35 degrees, and we were sweating like..... :-) Then we also noticed that a radiator hose had burst, and we were asked whether we had tap with us to seal it. No, unfortunately not ? after 1 hour of repairs on high seas, he sent us someone with tools who repaired everything. Well, we were able to drive on for about 5 hours.
