The day we spent on Red Coral was our favourite day of our Croatia trip. Our skipper, John, could not have been more of a gentleman and made us all feel so comfortable and welcome. There's a lot of choice of speed boats and plastic boats you can hire on Hvar, but I can't imagine any of them are as wonderful to spend a day on as Red Coral! We didn't have any specific places we wanted to visit, all we wanted to do was swim in the sea and relax on the boat, so John took us to a few different bars and secluded swim spots. Jumping into the clear blue waters from a beautiful wooden sailboat and then climbing back on board for homemade focaccia and salad is something we'll all never forget. There was a ladder to get in and out of the boat and a few sets of snorkels and goggles which we would never have thought of bringing ourselves, but made the swimming so much more fun. There was barely any wind all day, so I thought putting the sails up was probably not possible, but John was checking the weather all day and managed to fit in a couple of hours of sailing on the way back to the mainland. Sailing the beautiful boat back to Hvar as the sun went down with nothing but the sound of the waves and the sails was beautiful.
We had an amazing day in Hvar thanks to John, who was super friendly, very attentive, and truly took great care of us. The homemade lunch was absolutely delicious We had an unforgettable day and highly recommend it!

We had an unforgettable day aboard the Red Coral with John. He was the perfect guide and showed us around the Pakleni Islands, taking us to more local spots, away from the crowded and overly touristy areas, which was exactly what we were looking for. He was an excellent sailor, and we felt taken care of and safe. At lunch, we had focaccia prepared by his mother. We recommend him and will not hesitate to book again if we return to the island.
