The boat is in good conditions and sails well. Bring some camping mattresses if you plan to stay long. The area is very good for sailing: no fishernets in the way and the map on the boat is enough to sail around. We had from 10 to 30ish knots gusts in the week we were there. The engine never disappointed. Jaap is very friendly and helpful and his workshop is really interesting to look around.
