Skipper picked us up at a harbor that was more convenient. Two crewmates on board that were very chill, thought us some Croatian history where we wanted it and gave us complete freedom to do whatever we wanted yet showed us some beautiful places. No unexpected price differences, discussed everything with skipper on Whatsapp before we boarded, boat was very nice, comfortable and clean

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, we recommend postponing your booking to a later date by coordinating with the boat owner on our Click&Boat messenger. For daily charters, you can subscribe to our Weather Guarantee insurance to be fully refunded in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).

In the case of problems with the boat at sea, am I insured?

All boats made available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
