Incredible experience, very good treatment, 100% recommended

The boat was perfect, the morning was perfect, we had a fantastic time, but the best part was the service we received from Andres, highly recommended! A big hug and thanks for everything.

Everything as expected, very good boat and service in general.

Honestly, our experience with this company was terrible. We arrived at the port at the agreed time, but there was a communication error between Click and the company, and they didn't know we had requested a skipper (which wasn't the company's fault; that wasn't the problem). They arranged a skipper at the last minute, and since we were leaving an hour later than usual and would be 3 hours instead of 4 (which was the service we had booked), before boarding the boat, we agreed with the port staff that we would pay the proportional part of the price for the hours we had worked. We even confirmed this twice (we even said the words: multiply the price by 0.75, which they confirmed). Then the captain did it perfectly, nothing to say. Upon returning to the port, they told us we had to pay an amount we hadn't agreed upon. Apparently, for the company, the proportional part is decided on their own, and it's a higher amount. When we were debating the definition of the word "proportional," since we had a €500 deposit, he told us he was going to charge us whatever he considered and that he wouldn't return the deposit until we paid it (he told the port staff in charge of the payment). What's more, the worst part is that throughout this entire conversation, we felt the owner's politeness was conspicuous by its absence, with phrases, heard by more than one person, such as: "What do you want? For me to drop my pants and s**t myself, that's what I'm missing." "You've got me fed up." In short, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, because they all work very well when everything goes well, but when there are problems, everything comes to light." That said, Captain Juanma and the staff at Puerto Carlos were not at fault for anything and were exceptional at their work.

Everything went very well; everything was explained to us clearly. Please note that the boat is a 115hp boat, not a 150hp boat as advertised, and there's no sonar. Otherwise, it's great.

A 10/10 experience! We rented the boat and it was incredible. The service was excellent, the entire process was easy and quick, and the boat was in perfect condition: clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Fernando was very friendly and professional, helping us at every turn. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Jimi was very professional and friendly. The boat was very good, although with four people it was a bit uncomfortable. We missed the sundeck on the bow…

Day of 10. Andrés explained everything to us in detail and was very kind. The boat was very new and in perfect condition. It is very spacious, we were 4 and we were very comfortable. In addition, it was very clean and perfectly equipped. We will repeat for sure.
