We rented the boat as a birthday present for 4 hours, but were only able to use it for 1 hour because the roof of the boat almost fell on our heads. They said the sun deck was "broken," but an hour later the entire metal pole broke off the side. So we turned around. That wasn't the only problem, though; the weather was also a problem. It was far too windy to go out in that small boat, and we were soaked to the bone when we got back to the harbor an hour later. The Bluetooth system wasn't working either. Alan is actually really nice and, when we got back to the harbor, he was very understanding and told us to contact Click&Boat for a refund of the 75% of the time we hadn't used, and they would sort it out with him. However, once I got home, Alan suddenly stopped responding to emails from Click&Boat. A month later (today), I finally got a reply. But instead of the agreed-upon 75% refund, it was from him. He decided to only refund us 50% of the total costs, despite the condition of the boat and the unused time. So now, a month later, I'm still stuck trying to get my money back.

Great first boat experience. Very friendly and accommodating owner. We'll definitely rent from Alan again when we return to Antibes!

A very pleasant afternoon at sea. The boat was pleasant and exactly as described. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful experience that I would happily recommend.

It was an unforgettable day, despite a few issues that Alan resolved very well with his kindness and politeness. We had a great time; Alan explained everything very clearly, and we were lucky because it was a beautiful sunny day. I even proposed to my partner on that boat, so we'll never truly forget this experience.
