The day went very well despite a problem with the initial boat. Samy provided us with another boat, which allowed us to do everything as planned. Very friendly contact.

The boat is fine but doesn't match the description. It says it has a speaker and a Bluetooth or wired connection, but it doesn't. Likewise, the shower for rinsing off after a swim or removing sand wasn't working. When I picked up the boat, I was told there was an engine problem, but nothing serious (the boat stalls between the north and south, not very reassuring). Likewise, the information in the ad and the contracts is not the same, especially regarding the deposit. Upon returning, no one was there to do an inventory of the boat's condition. We were told to fill the tank with gas, leave the boat, and that the deposit check would be sent to us in a torn photo that same evening. We had to fight to get our torn deposit check. Likewise, I was told the boat had a problem, even though it was re-rented the next day without my exit inventory being done, so how can I prove whether it was me or the other person? Overall, the boat is fine and allows for a nice trip despite its engine problems. However, the experience with Odyssey Marine is mixed. Maybe it was a bad day or a chain of events, I don't know.
