What you are offered is not what you originally asked for. Included services are extremely poorly formulated and then suddenly cost money. 1,000€ deposit in cash - where do we live? So by EC transfer (costs 20€ extra) and the transfer back takes two weeks. Maintenance condition is pathetic: underwater ship heavily overgrown, toilet flush doesn't work, boat very dirty on the outside... Charter base: catering good, social facilities so-so. Conclusion: never again in Hennigsdorf
