Overall rating
This is a great boat. Everything works, well maintained, nothing missing, friendly staff. Absolutely great day.
I write this review with regret, as it takes a lot for me to leave feedback of this nature. Overall, our experience was only par. From the very beginning, our main concern was the weather conditions. After doing extensive research as an experienced skipper, it was clear from public marine forecasts that the day would bring high winds and choppy seas. Lorenzo reassured me that, according to his sources, the conditions would be perfect. I requested to postpone to the next day, which I felt was a fair request since we had already paid, but this was declined. When we arrived to pick up the RIB, we immediately noticed that the back seat was broken — something I had already read about in another review. When I asked why this had not been repaired, I was told that because it was the end of the season, they weren’t going to fix it. Fuel was another concern. We departed with 44 liters indicated (half a tank), yet within just one hour the meter showed only 19 liters remaining. Concerned about running out of fuel, we returned to the pier to refuel ourselves. Either the meter was inaccurate, or the boat was burning fuel at an unusually high rate. At sea, the forecasts proved correct: we encountered strong winds and 1.5-meter waves. The only relief we found was taking sanctuary in a cove, but the conditions made the overall trip unpleasant and short-lived. Although we had the boat for the full day, we only used it until 15:00 before cutting the trip short. Upon returning, we asked for our €200 cash deposit back, only to be told it had been used to refuel another boat. We then had to wait 30 minutes at a nearby café while the keeper called a colleague to bring our money. This process felt extremely unprofessional. In the end, the entire experience came across more as a business push than genuine hospitality. The owner seemed more concerned with making money than delivering professional service and care. I hope in the future this company can improve on customer service, boat maintenance, and professional handling of deposits. Based on our experience, however, I cannot reccommend.
Everything was just perfect
Everything very good
From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent! Communication was good. The boat was in great condition, as was the accuracy about the low fuel consumption. All in all, a real bargain! Highly recommended.
Great value for money! The organization from booking to arrival was excellent. The tank was half full when we picked it up (more than enough for half a day). The fuel used was billed at a fair price at the end. All in all, a lovely trip!
Communication with Lorenzo after booking was disastrous. He didn't respond to messages via Click&Boat or to his email address. The back seat of the boat is broken, so you can't sit in the back during the ride. Everything else worked fine. When I returned the boat, despite calling in advance, I had to wait 30 minutes for a member of staff, who was supposedly on site. The beautiful area you travel through on the boat quickly makes this forgotten, but that's not Lorenzo's fault.
The only thing that wasn't right was the back seat and it's not very complicated to fix and I've already seen that someone has put it in too, but everything's fine in general.
I don't recommend this charter company for several reasons: They took a long time to respond to emails. The boat was supplied with 40 liters of fuel. After 1.5 hours, we were already in the reserve, forcing me to find a port to refuel. The broken rear seat posed a real safety issue, as it risked tipping off the boat. No instructions on speed or distance to drop anchor. A 30-minute wait to pick up the boat. We still enjoyed our day, but I won't use them again...
Got off 30 minutes late but no problem hanging back.
Easy rental, new engine, great value for money! Unfortunately, the sound system stopped working, but otherwise everything was fine.
Experience went well, comfortable and recent boat, a quick spray before each rental would be welcome and it's a shame the shower tank was empty.
Beautifully maintained boat. Everything was perfect. Before the cruise everything was explained also with places worth visiting
