Jana is a beautiful - and very comfortable - Bavaria 44 from 2004 but completely refitted in 2023. It is the version with four cabins: three double cabins and the small one with two (comfortable) bunk beds. All cabins are well equipped with wardrobes and storage shelves. Two bathrooms: one at the bow and one at the stern, both with shower and electric toilet. The dinette is beautiful: comfortable and refined with numerous seats, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen - on the side - is well equipped, two burners, oven and a large and capable refrigerator. There are two water tanks on board and the total water reserve is 360 litres; while the fuel tank contains 210 litres. Jana has a tender with a 4hp outboard engine. We are in Cagliari, in Sardinia, an ancient and beautiful land - this is known - and there are many places where you can stop both to admire the uncontaminated and bewitching nature as well as - in addition to the city - small centers that offer tasty restaurants ranging discovered during our sailings along the coast. From Cagliari it will be a moment to immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters of nearby Villasimius or sail towards other equally beautiful and fascinating locations in Southern Sardinia. You can choose between daily trips, for an unforgettable day of sea, sun and sailing or even for an aperitif or dinner at sunset in the beautiful scenery of the Gulf of Angels. If, however, you want to dedicate more time to relaxation, you can decide to spend a fantastic week among breathtaking coves and pristine beaches along the extraordinary Sardinian coasts. In any case, on Jana everything is designed to be comfortable, functional and perfectly efficient. You can sunbathe while lying along the large and comfortable sunbathing areas, or relax in the shade of the comfortable seats thanks to a large and beautiful awning. You will be welcomed by an expert captain - who will accompany you in total safety and to discover the wonders of the Sardinian sea - and by a hostess - who also speaks English - who will ensure that your stay on Jana is as relaxing as possible. Jana's nautical base is the Marina del Sole at the S.Elmo Pier, very close to the center of Cagliari and easily accessible. Let's wait on board, Good Wind

Carlo and Anna were wonderful, kind hosts and we had a phenomenal experience start to finish on our charter! Everything from the food to the snorkeling stops was perfect, and we look forward to sailing with them again next time!

Carlo and Anna were an absolute pleasure to boat with all day! The boat was extremely clean and comfortable and my husband and I had the most wonderful day exploring the island. They had snorkels on board and we even got to use their paddle board. Additionally, they made us a full meal onboard that included snacks, appetizers, dessert, coffee and alcoholic beverages. It was all so delicious. We were so relaxed that when we weren’t in the water, we were dozing off on the sundeck! We plan on making this trip to Cagliari more frequently and we will 100% be returning to sail with Anna and Carlo. The cherry on top was getting to hang out and exchange stories with them after our charter. I couldn’t recommend this boat and duo more to people. We’ll always remember our honeymoon fondly because of this day!

Carlo and Anna were the most wonderful and accommodating hosts. Their communication and hospitality was excellent. The boat was in immaculate condition with plenty of room for us and our two young kids. Thank you so much Anna and Carlo. Our time sailing on Jana will remain a very special memory for our whole family.
Carlo and Anna were nothing short of spectacular. The service and guidance on the water was nothing but perfect. They were very nice and cordial and provided an amazing experience. I highly recommend them for your next boating excursion
We were a party of 4- me, my husband, and our son&his wife travelling from Australia for 3 nights of 5 nights in Sardinia. The boat Jana was lovely. Carlo&Anna take pride and maintain it well. Communication was responsive. However we were surprised about a week before arrival to be told that we would have to provision it ourselves, after previously being told that it would be provisioned for us (not ideal as we were arriving from overseas). Our greatest disappointment was on our arrival at the boat, to be told by Carlo and Anna had invited a friend of their's on our trip. He was already installed and sitting at the table. We were given no warning of this. Our expectation and contracted arrangements were to be our party of 4 plus a crew of 2, on a 44ft boat. Having an additional person greatly altered the dynamic on the boat, and also limited the space particularly as the 4th berth had been promised for our bags, and now somebody else was sleeping in it. We raised our disappointment at the unexpected arrangements, requesting that our contracted arrangements be honoured. This was denied. We were told that their friend was not going to leave. We were told that we could cancel our arrangement immediately and be refunded. This was not an option as we had to be at our destination for a wedding in 3 days; our provisions were already loaded in the galley; and as we were in a foreign country it would be difficult to find alternate arrangements at such short notice. There was also no offer to reimburse a portion of our fee as we were now effectively paying for a stranger's cruise. With no other real choice we shared our holiday with a stranger, which made for an uncomfortable trip in close confinement, and ruined what should otherwise have been a lovely relaxing holiday on the beautiful waters of Sardinia. We don’t like to leave a review like this, but strongly recommend you specifically ask about strangers joining your trip when booking this boat, and ensure that all contracted/promised arrangements are delivered.
Jana is a fine boat and Carlo and Anna are welcoming hosts. For easy trips out of Cagliari they know nice places for the whole family to enjoy. For more sporty sailing experiences though you might look for other providers. Overall we had a nice experience.
Hosts are very friendly, good communication, and will try their best to make guests happy.
Our family of four spent four wonderful days on Carlo and Anna's boat. These two wonderful people accompanied us on this wonderful experience, something we'd been wanting to do for a long time. Thanks to them, it was truly special. Highly recommended!

Being on board Carlo and Anna's boat was one of those experiences that stays in your memory — not only because of the blue sea of Sardinia, but also because of the warm welcome we received. Carlo (despite his creative Portuguese ?) is a true sea dog — confident, fun and always attentive. Anna, sweet and always ready to help, made us feel at home from the very first minute. We spent days diving, enjoying stunning landscapes, having a good time… and the occasional unexpected splash that only made it all the more memorable! Grazie di cuore, Carlo and Anna! Mainsail broken, sailing was not possible. Communication with the skipper was not possible, only through his wife. When you book a sailing trip, I expect that they check beforehand whether the sail can be set. Would not recommend it. We gave up after 2 hours. Not justified for the price
We had a wonderful day on the boat with two very warm people (Carlo and Anna). Very interesting stories about Sardinia and genuine hospitality. Again and again!
We went on an excursion from 1pm to sunset, with an aperitif offered by Anna and Carlo. Very positive experience: Anna and Carlo are very kind and made us feel at ease from the first moment. Their stories accompanied us throughout the day, we would have listened to them for hours :) Super recommended!

Sono Carlo, un giovanotto di 72 anni che francamente non capisco come possano essere miei! Il mare è senza dubbio la mia passione: ho iniziato a conoscerlo bene quando lavoravo come sommozzatore alto-fondalista su piattaforme petrolifere in giro per gli oceani. Quando poi ho smesso con questo lavoro, tanto entusiasmante quanto pericoloso, ho continuato ad avere rapporti con il mare...come avrei potuto fare diversamente visto che vivo in Sardegna! E così dopo diverse esperienze su barche a vela altrui (memorabile una traversata dalla costa settentrionale dell'Australia verso l'Indonesia) ho acquistato la mia prima barca... naturalmente a vela. Grande emozione! Con lei ho navigato lungo le coste sarde e con qualche veleggiata verso la vicina Tunisia. Era una barca molto corsaiola e tecnica che mi ha dato molte soddisfazioni ma anche tanti dolori in quanto era una signora di quasi 40 anni. Sono quindi passato ad un Bavaria 41, molto più comoda e con zero problemi...ma non era ancora quella che desideravo. E poi è arrivata lei, Jana, e posso dire che è quello che cercavo. Bella, comoda, dopo un lungo lavoro di refitting- lavorandoci personalmente -l'ho accessoriata come desideravo e di sicuro esprime la mia personalità.
