Yacht charter in Cala d'Or · Orizzonti — Andromeda Black (2023)

The boat was clean, tank was full and everything matched the pictures exactly. Juan communicated promptly and his employees/helpers were at the port when we arrived to take the boat. They made sure everything was ready to go and explained how the refuel at days end would work. We added a paddle board for the day. The seas were forecasted to be rough the following day, and Juan was very accomodating allowing us to cancel the 2nd day.

Perfect day on the Sea. Juan and his team are very nice and supportive.

Juanma was very responsive during all communication and therefore no problem with that. With regards to the boat there were a number of problems that were not shared with us as follows: a. Safety ignition broken - basically the boat would not start as it should unless you played around with the safety key b. Rear seat broken - unfortunately the rear seat could not support any weight as it apparantely

Thank you so much for the trip. It was great fun and the staff was very friendly. :) One thing to improve: The boat was not really suitable for wakeboarding at our trip, because the rope would have been tied far too low for a good riding position. Maybe this will be adjusted in the future, because the boat was new, when we rent it. Cheers!

Booking the boat went very smoothly and on arrived at the haven we were welcome by the company that rented the boat. The boat that was originally hired had some problems so we got a upgrade to a boat with more pk which was very kind. Overal great experience and with the boat and staff.

Unfortunately, the boat we had booked was out of service, but a good replacement was arranged.

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful day. Thanks to the skipper, who was kind and took us to some beautiful places. I highly recommend the experience!

Everything was perfect, just as agreed. The boat was spectacularly clean, everything worked perfectly. The guys at the dock gave us spectacular service. Yurena was very kind and helpful with everything. 100% recommended. No waiting around, everything was ready at the agreed time. A fantastic experience. We had a truly fantastic day on the Andromeda. Everything was great, and as expected, we'd love to go again.

Accessibility and service from the staff was top notch. On the day we rented it, we were offered a larger boat. It was a large inflatable boat. It was a little lacking in maintenance (shower not working, some of the handles were loose, etc.). All in all, we were satisfied.

Very well looked after, very helpful and punctual staff. I really enjoyed it and will rent with Juan Manuel again.

Warm welcome and good explanations before taking charge. The buoy was not given to us in windy weather despite the reservation.

Rental for the day in August 2024! Very good boat for a family of 4 people. Conforms to the description. Effective communication to get the meeting place. Punctual. The rental company even helped us get a taxi back to our hotel. I recommend this rental company without any worries!!

Despite the high waves that day, the trip continued and we were even offered to indicate if we found the water too wild, then we had the option to go back and get our money back.
