Happy island is a Bavaria 39 Cruiser. With her you can discover the coasts of the wonderful Sicily or dive into the beautiful waters of the Aeolian Islands. Happy island can accommodate up to a maximum of four / six people on board; it contains all the comforts to enjoy a magnificent sailing holiday. The base of departure and arrival is the Marina di Capo d'Orlando (Me), brand new and full of services. The boat has a sundeck in the bow, a comfortable cockpit at the stern covered by an awning to shelter yourself from the sun in the hottest hours and many comforts to make your stay unique. It has three double cabins and two comfortable bathrooms. The two aft cabins and the bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests, while the bow cabin with the attached bathroom is intended for the crew. The dinette is easily convertible into a comfortable and large double bed. On board you will also find trolling equipment and / or hand fishing rods, maybe we can eat our catch! To reach the isolated beaches and the various coves we will use the on-board tender with rigid keel and outboard engine. In the periods of July and August we only make weekly rentals, for different periods you can also rent it for one day. The skipper is mandatory and included in the price. By renting this boat you will have the opportunity to visit: the neighbouring coast, the wonderful Aeolian Islands and, if previously agreed with the owner, also the Egadi and Ustica islands.

Salvatore and his wife Patti were excellent sailing hosts and skippers. Salvo is a professional sailor and was very good at planning and communicating the perfect day boating experience for our group to the Aeolian Islands. We had to move the date due to weather and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend sailing with Salvo to the Aeolian Islands—we are already hoping to return for a multi-day sail adventure with Salvo again! Brian
Salvatore is an experienced, hence prudent sailor, straight forward, helpful in accommodating the itinerary to wheather conditions. At first we were surprised, that his wife came along, as we did not find mention of this in his offer, but she proved to be good company.
It was a real treat to sail with Salvatore and his boat. Salvatore is an excellent skipper and an excellent guide on sailing around the Aeolian Islands. He knows how to take care of the well-being of the whole crew. He is very attentive and caring. Very positive too, and always in a good mood. Frankly, I recommend it without reservation. He is perfect in this role.

Ho il mare nel dna, e non riesco a farne a meno, per questo ho deciso di vivere a bordo. Sono pronto ad ospitarti sulla mia barca Bavaria 39 cruiser a vela per una vacanza indimenticabile nel mare cristallino della Sicilia. Navigo da più di 25 anni e ho anche attraversato l'oceano atlantico. Adoro navigare e tengo spesso la canna in acqua, non si sa mai riesco a procacciarmi anche del pesce fresco per i nostri pranzetti. La barca offre 3 cabine matrimoniali con due bagni, oltre a una comoda e ampia dinette trasformabile. A bordo, in un ambiente confortevole troverete, oltre alle dotazioni obbligatorie, tanti optional (ad es:prese usb,wi-fi, tv, pannelli solari) che renderanno più comoda la vostra vacanza.Per raggiungere le calette o le spiaggie deserte utilizzeremo un comodo tender con motore fuoribordo con chiglia rigida. L'itinerario, in genere, per le Isole Eolie e non solo preferisco farlo direttamente con i clienti in base alla loro voglia di navigare e di scoprire posti nuovi tenendo sott'occhio anche il meteo. Su richiesta è possibile far trovare la barca in una marina diversa da quella di base: Capo d'orlando Marina (ME) per farvi recuperare tempo negli spostamenti soprattutto per itinerari per le isole Egadi e/o Ustica. Se vuoi, sempre su richiesta ( e con un extra), è possibile avere a bordo anche vele diverse e più performanti (vele in twaron e/o gennaker, code0..).Nel tempo libero partecipo con la mia barca a regate di zona e di circolo, dove non sono mancate le soddisfazioni. Non perder tempo, io ti aspetto a bordo.
