Was a good charter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The paper work and the communication was good despite the busiest time I chartered the boat in, is in the week when all Italians had holidays, 15.08. I would charter a boat from Sergio again:) Gracie!!
I would have gladly given a positive rating, the experience was fantastic but badly ruined by the behavior of Eolian Sailing: we were given an outboard motor that did not go into neutral, a deflated sup that once inflated (always under the maximum threshold, let it be clear) exploded at the first use and we were not provided with another extra requested at the beginning. We were then charged for the SUP that broke due to poor quality and not our fault (rented €150 for a week and paid €300 by us to buy it again...). Trying to rip off guys is not the best way to do business, the experience on the boat was excellent and I thank the skipper Nicola for the experience and the company, but regarding the rental company I can only say to be careful and carefully check everything that is initially provided to avoid being accused of having broken something that was already broken at the start.
We had some issues with some of the amenities on board but the staff worked promptly to find a solution and ensure we had a great experience. We recommend renting with Sergio!
What can I say ... The top of the charter. Great professionals. Very high customer care. Passion in what they do. Fast responses. In short, the excellence of boating.
