Among the features indicated in the sheet, and also visible on this link, there is the externally portable GPS, but this is not true. No air conditioning, no. There is also heating which, even if it wasn't needed, is limited to a stove that only works with the 220. The sheets and halyards are old and of inadequate size; some have chokes and work poorly if the sprayhood is closed. There is no sea water which, given the small number of liters in the tank, if there were 8 of us, as permitted, would have been a big problem. There is no light in the cockpit. There were no seat belts and I had to ask for them, ... In short, with a little it could improve a lot.
