The routes from our base are endless: you can easily circumnavigate the Island of Elba in a week or hoist the sails towards the Tuscan Archipelago and visit the most famous and beautiful islands in Italy: Giglio, Capraia and Giannutri among history, villages fascinating and spectacular nature. The ancient extinct volcano of Capraia, the colorful port of Gilio, the natural scenery of the Island of Elba: how many destinations suitable for all navigators and for all holidays. It pains me to give certain marks from some points of view, since they could have been better, but unfortunately the bad luck that this new 2021 Oceanis has in store for us cannot be overlooked. 15 days of cruising in which the electrical problems of the boat have not been outdone, windlass out of order, battery problems and engine ignition control unit knocked out. it made us waste precious time. With this message I don't want to place all the blame on the charter owner in question, but surely better assistance should have been due. Many refurbishment interventions were carried out by ourselves, on vacation, only because we had a minimum of electronic and mechanical technical knowledge, I can't imagine if in these two weeks the tenants had been people who didn't know how to put their hands on it, or just didn't want to because they didn't it was their job. In any case, we have been reimbursed for the expenses incurred, but no one will repay the days of vacation lost.
Great service, friendliness and willingness to help on site. Processing via computer is still cumbersome in the explanation. Data is not always transferred. Otherwise great!
