Buff is a private cruising sailboat, meticulously maintained (take a look at the interior), clean, and safe. It comes complete with a tender with an outboard motor (to reach the town if anchored outside the port) and paddle boards. It offers smooth and comfortable sailing, led by the owners (racing and cruising sailors), who offer their fellow sailors the chance to experience a wonderful adventure in total relaxation. Unforgettable experiences await you as you sail through the Tuscan Archipelago (a cetacean sanctuary ? ?) to discover its islands (especially Elba and Capraia) and their wonders?? Those who wish can actively participate in the maneuvers and/or take the helm to learn the basics of sailing or to perfect their experience ?? ?? Boating is an informal place ???? and requires only mutual respect ?? and a spirit of adaptation (it does not offer the luxury and comforts of a hotel). Forget about the alarm clock ⏰, commitments ?, deadlines ?, traffic ?, noise ?, and smog ? to enjoy ⏳the splendid sea ????♀️??, the wind ?️ and the sun ? and… … ready-made food! ☕️????????? What to bring: cheerfulness, good humor, comfortable clothing (??????️?? ?), beach towel (in soft bags ?), camera ?, and USB charger. N.B.: 220V AC power is only available at the dock. Our offer INCLUDES: - Boat rental ⛵️ with crew (skipper ?✈️ + hostess ???) - Motorized tender - Paddleboard - Water (500 liters) * Our offer DOES NOT include: - Galley (including for the crew)** - Any ports (required or necessary)*** - Sheets + beach towels (available upon request for an extra charge) - Final cleaning (€150.00) *= We set sail with a 500-liter water supply, which covers an average of 2/3 days' water needs for 8 people (?️ for waste). Additional supplies in port are available for a fee (approximately €20.00/30.00 for a full tank); **= Example of provisioning: water and beverages in general, oil, pasta, rice, breadsticks, bread and/or piadina, spelt, canned goods, cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, fruit (all to taste), as well as disposable plates and paper towels; ***= An overnight stay in port is required every three days for supplies (water and provisions) for a minimum one-week cruise. Additional overnight stays are available upon request or for safety reasons due to weather. N.B.: - There are four cabins, one of which is reserved for the crew. Assignment is at the discretion of the shipowner, taking into account the needs and composition of the guests. - There are two bathrooms: the aft one is reserved exclusively for guests. - The maximum number of guests is six, aged between 18 and 60. ‼️ BOARDING DAYS/TIMES ‼️ - WEEKEND cruise: Boarding on Friday at 3:00 PM; disembarkation on Sunday at 4:00 PM - WEEKLY cruise: Boarding on Saturday at 12:00 PM; disembarkation on Sunday at 4:00 PM N.B.: Different boarding/disembarkation times CAN be arranged. Good morning, the cruise went very well. I think the same thing applies to everyone, even those of us who, on our first experience, were worried about suffering from the sea and nights at anchor: "We would have gladly stayed a few more days." Indeed, the professionalism and helpfulness of skipper Ottavio (Otto for the crew) were greatly appreciated by the entire crew. We sailed as long as the wind allowed, and our time on board was pleasant. It was an experience we will certainly repeat, and we will certainly enjoy a few more days of sailing and stops.
Fantastic experience! My group of friends and I spent 7 days with Otto and Anna, relaxing, having fun and enjoying great food! We couldn't have asked for a better crew for our first sailing experience! The passion for the sea that they transmit is unique. In addition to being two experts in the trade, they were fantastic people with whom we could spend quality time together. We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts❤️❤️. Otto and Anna are two fantastic people who made us spend an unforgettable week on Elba. The boat, although dated, is very clean and maintained much better than more recent boats, Anna takes care of every little detail and will also amaze you at the stove!! Otto is a sailing master, who grew up with a passion for the sea and is able to pass on his knowledge! Super super recommended experience ????

A SPARKLING 3 days! SUPER PROFESSIONAL crew! Otto and Anna gave me and my two friends an unforgettable weekend! Otto expert navigator, Anna also a navigator but MICHELIN STAR in the kitchen! Boat kept very well, from cleaning the necessary basis to the care of every detail. Unique experience, definitely to be redone and which I recommend to everyone, especially if you go with friends and above all in company. My family and I spent a wonderful week aboard BUFF, departing from Cecina and en route to Elba Island, Otto the skipper, a very kind and professional person, always available to meet our needs. Boat from a few years ago, very well maintained and clean. A holiday is highly recommended.

La passione per la barca a vela, nata oltre 15 anni fa a seguito di una vacanza, mi ha spinta a perfezionarmi sempre più sia in navigazione al lago a bordo della barca da regata di Ottavio (esperto di vento e di navigazione a vela sin da ragazzo) che in navigazione al mare come aiuto skipper a bordo di un cabinato da crociera, nonché a conseguire la patente nautica illimitata. Ciò mi ha permesso di percorrere moltissime miglia nel Mediterraneo tra Golfo di Genova e La Spezia, Francia, Corsica, Eolie, Egadi, Tremiti, Croazia, Grecia e Turchia. Per Ottavio e per me la barca a vela costituisce uno stile di vita all'insegna del contatto stretto con la natura, il mare, il vento, la tranquillità lontano dallo stress del quotidiano e abbiamo deciso di mettere a disposizione il nostro cabinato da crociera col quale poter condividere e trasmettere il nostro entusiasmo e la nostra esperienza, sia che si tratti di un fine settimana o di un periodo più lungo.
