The boat was in excellent condition and as advertised, allowing us to spend a lovely day sailing to the Glénans (about a 45-minute journey). However, communication with the owner was complicated. Following an unforeseen event, there was no understanding or willingness to find a solution. We felt a lack of listening and consideration, with the human element completely absent in favor of an approach focused solely on money and the rental. Even when providing explanations or managing the deposit, the owner was unpleasant and condescending.
