Terrible experience. The boat was delivered to us in totally unacceptable conditions: dirty utensils, moldy cutting boards, an out-of-order outdoor shower, a broken cabin window, a faulty freezer, and an unusable barbecue. At 1:00 a.m., an alarm sounded, waking us up and forcing us to spend a sleepless night. The next day, we had to return to the port and modify our itinerary because the owner needed to replace the boat's battery. This caused us to lose half a day of sailing, despite having paid for it normally. In addition, some of the fuel was consumed for hours without our consent to charge the battery and try to stop the alarm, which continued to indicate a low battery. At the end of the trip, our €3,000 deposit was unjustifiably withheld for several days, and only after the intervention of Click&Boat did we manage to get it back. The owner attempted to "resolve" the situation by offering to waive the fuel charge. However, we repeatedly requested the exact amount (probably less than €100) to understand the supposed discount, but he ignored all our emails. Complete lack of professionalism, assistance, and respect for the customer. A vacation that was supposed to be relaxing became a constant source of stress. We do not recommend it at all.
