Yacht charter in Forio · Terminal Boat — Freestyle 21 (2010)

My girlfriend and I have rented this boat for an entire day, from 9.30 till 17.30. When we arrived (10.00) Ivana was cleaning the boat, so she gave us till 18.00 to return which was very generous of her! After doing all the paperwork she informed us largely about all the sights we can see from the water and about all possible risks. As someone who worked in a boat rental store as well I can tell Ivana and her assistance did a very good job at providing us with all the information and explaining what to look out for. Though you don't need a driver's license, she explains every detail of the boat very carefully, which is good, especially for people that drive for the first time. She also gives you the opportunity to test-drive! She trusted my skills because I had a driver's license for boats. After all we had a great day, 8h is more than enough for driving around the Island of Ischia and making longer stops in the several bays to have a dip or enjoy the sun. Only thing I was a little surprised of: there was no windshield attached on the terminal of the boat which we could really feel since it gets windy out there especially if you drive a little faster. Yet it didn't minimize the fun we've had, so no big issue there. At the end of the trip Ivana fueled up the boat and usually, if you drive with sanity you'll use not much more than 17 liters of gasoline. This means you can push the gas at some times when you need to make distances - but if you wanna enjoy the water, the weather and the island a slow ride is just perfectly fine! We also had no issues with the anchor, just make sure to attach it to the boat before throwing it in! Final resume: great experience, great communication with Ivana (she was even checking up on us during our trip) definitely my favorite day on this island, can only recommend this rental and this boat at Ivanas rental!
