Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this catamaran and spartivento charter. We immediately reported that there was a bad smell in the boat, most likely due to the refrigerators or the leakage of the exhaust pipes or even gas. We had to sleep outside because the bad smell had also invaded the cabins for the first three nights. After 3 days of our complaints, spartivento sent us a cleaner who noted the bad smell but was unable to remove it and advised us to cover it with perfume. Disappointed when we arrived at the port we did not receive adequate assistance and when we asked to carry out an inspection with a manager to show him the problem we were told that no manager was available and to write yet another email of complaint to spartivento. We informed them that due to the bad smell that was still present we would have liked to be transferred to a nearby hotel at least for the last night but the manager informed us that she could not do anything and at this point, we were forced to leave a day early.
